n00b: Purchased my 2nd Ph Cycle

I cut aromasin out of the PCT because?
I read everything I could find on it and Arimidex. Looks like most people use Arimidex on cycle and aromasin for pct.
Can anyone clarify? Or just preference? Finding information on gyno when to use an AI in regards to a PH cycle is proving difficult.

Aromasin is the strongest of the AIs and has many other benefits over adex. I personally I use adex on cycle and PCT because I am gyno prone

you wont see too much gains from my understanding until week 3 (like most PHs kick in), so you will have a 2 week window to get some serious gains. FYI... unless these products kick in a lot sooner than most other PHs.... I am not sure if they do...

I'm going to start off with cardio and get my body fat down to 15% and then start the cycle off right.

Actually I'm at 13% bf. I'm going to try to drop down to 10% before attempting this cycle. Reaching a plateau before the cycle is ideal.
