N 2 slin dosage and timing

What do you recommend for dosage and timing?

Looked around but can't find the thread that talked at length about it.

N2slin best works taken 30mins before ur meals.
There are many ways of taking N2slin.It is really a very versatile product.
Just for a note, taking N2slin & then eating junk food is not an excuse.
Eat complex carbs & let N2slin do its work more effeciently!
