My wife wants a little advice

Her stats: 5'7" , 154lbs , 26% .

She want to know what would be the best to use (along with her workout) for her to get back to her pre-childbirth body, or as close as she can (we have 4 kids).

Anyway, she's thinking about it pretty seriously, and I told her she needed to check with you guys to see what you all thought. Thanks.
 
Weight training to put some muscle on to burn the fat more efficiently.

Then cardio to get the finished results.

Or a combo of the both, regularly.

But, you already knew that.
 
Have her log onto EF and check out our "Are you new to EF Ladies' Board - START HERE" sticky and the links it lists. Also "TOP THREADS - MUST READ!" Lots of info in there. Probably diet is the best place to start because that's 80% of it. If she can introduce herself, post up her current diet & any training she does now, she will get a lot of input here!
