Looks good to me. Just remember as you progress and lift heavier you will want to make sure you increase your nutrition. Clean of course when possible.
I plan to keep my nutrition close to the same just more meals and a few with more calories like after I lift and so on. Nutrition is pivotal as I’ve learned and been taught the past few months, I literally feel stronger on 150mg test than I did in deca or primo.
I’m very curious to see how next cycle is going to go. I’ve been sticking with low FOD map foods about 90% of the time, the change within a week was noticeable and after a month I was kinda shocked on how well I felt and was doing with weights.
