My Trenbolone winstrol Log

I will start the log here and keep it updated. Main goal of the cycle is to lose fat and weight while maintaining strength and possibly gaining some lean mass. I've done this successfully on my last 2 cycles. My diet while on this was 20/4 IF and keto. I would work out fasted, eat keto during the 4 hour window following the workout, and then be done again until the next day. I lost about 15-20 kg during the 12 week cycles and gained a little strength. I'm planning to do this again, but am definitely open to other suggestions that will still allow for my goals to be met.

My gear plan for this cycle:
300 Test E/week
500 TrenE/week (likely underdosed)
---combined into 2 inj/week for 12 weeks
50 winstrol tabs ED for the first 8 weeks
20 mg cardarine ED starting a week before the cycle and continuing until out after
20 for 2 weeks, then 40 Ostarine for 12+weeks (should I start this early as well?)

A point I do need advice on: I have been cruising on 250 testE/week and 12.5 aromisin EoD for years. I'll attach bloodwork. I'm being told by some that I should stop the AI. That at my levels of test, it would be ok to carry an E2 of 100+ if I'm not having any symptoms of it. On this cycle I will raise my test a bit more, but tren and winstrol don't convert from my understanding. So, what do you guys think? Continue the AI, cut back, or stop it for this cycle and see what happens?

Other meds I normally take: Telmisartan, T4/T3, thiazide, berberine, potassium er

Support: fish oil, NAC, milk thistle, multi vitamin, aspirin, curcumin w/peperine, sunflower lecithin, cocoa powder

Supplements, glutamine, creatine, whey iso, casein, black maca, psyllium husk, HMB, BCAA and pre-workout on gym days

Currently at 4-5 workouts/week with heavy compound movements and higher reps on accessory lifts.

Current 1RM about 205 kg squat, 160 kg bench, 230 kg DL

Everything has been ordered and I should have what I need to start in 4-5 days. Questions, comments, concerns, advice? Anything else? First time I've gone for advice outside my gym, so maybe I've been off. Things are different over here. Be kind ;)

for your question - I would keep going with the AI, better keep it the same way you had success with

start the cycle and start updating us as your workouts go and training and diet
 
As soon as everything arrives. I'll jumpstart it with the cardarine for a few days before starting everything else.

Everything else arrived today, so I’m good to go. I pin Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, so I’ll start the cardarine tomorrow morning, Monday here, and mix the tren with my next test dose on Wednesday. Any thoughts on when to add in the winstrol and Ostarine? I’ll just start it all Wednesday (except the cardarine) unless the room suggests otherwise. I’ll make the switch to keto in 10-14 days after the Tren has had a chance to build up.

Everything else arrived today, so I’m good to go. you should start winstrol and ostarine day 1 dont need to wait imo

and you should switch to keto from day 3 so your body is ready when tren kicks in to really shred up
 
Definitely stop the AI on your cruise. You should never use an AI on a "TRT" protocol. If your estrogen ends up high, you should lower your test levels, not add in an AI.

Couple interesting notes:

2 days on the Winstrol and my libido has increased quite a bit. A little background/TMI: started developing vitiligo about 6 years ago on my package. With that sensitivity also seemed to decrease. I know they say it shouldn't, but it did. No trouble getting/staying hard, but have increasingly had difficultly reaching climax. No idea yet if this will change while on Winstrol, but it wasn't an issue last night. Quickest time in 6 years probably. All my bloodwork that could be related to sexual function is normal as far as I can see except for test which is highly elevated. Can too high a test cause delayed climax?

The other note isn't anything special I don't think, but did the first trenE shot of this cycle last night. Damn near got a hand cramp trying to push the plunger in. Probably took 2 minutes to inject the whole 1.7cc test/tren mix. I've had it happen a few times where it seemed unusually hard to inject, but nothing like this. But, no cough, no welt, no pain, so seemingly all good. Shoulder workout today, morning after, was great. First time in awhile I didn't walk out of the gym gassed, but that could be from the cardarine or the fact that they actually had the AC on today :D

Anyway, so far all good. Got some policosonal, CLA, and collagen today and will be adding that to the mix.

the delayed climax is likely due to his prolactin
thats will make it harder to get off, try adding some dostinex 0.25mgs/week (cagergoline)

now tren /test mix injections
i suggest you warm up the bottle (NOT boil) just warm it up first and inject with a bigger guage
 
My pre-cycle bloodwork had my prolactin levels right in the middle of the range. Can they fluctuate much during the day? Like I said, unless extended periods of high test can cause the delay, all other blood markers are normal. I really don’t believe it is a placebo or other psyc effect either. We’ll see if it continues.

Well I do have some pharma caber on hand, as luck would have it. I’ll see if things continue as they are or go back to the way they were. If the delay returns I’ll add in the caber and see what happens. Just .25/week?

A couple days in to making the switch to ketosis, and preworkout today all I had was my MCT oil and coffee. Felt sluggish, but bad sleep and a few aches and pains probably contributing to that. Still got a good burn, and now hoping the gear does it’s job recovery-wise. Weight was 112 leaving the gym with my pockets full, so down 2-3 kg in the last week.

Bottom number on my BP seems to be increasing 2-3 points each day. Was up to 98 on my machine last night. Top number staying at 125-130. Don’t remember this happening before, but if it continues I’ll up my telmisartan.

Still got a good burn, and now hoping the gear does it’s job recovery-wise. Weight was 112 leaving the gym with my pockets full, so down 2-3 kg in the last week.

Bottom number on my BP seems to be increasing 2-3 points each day. Was up to 98 on my machine last night. Top number staying at 125-130. Don’t remember this happening before, but if it continues I’ll up my telmisartan.

Blood pressure: was 150/100 before bed, so upped telmisartan to 80 mg and will increase my thiazide too. Was 139/100 in the morning.

Diet: takes a week or 2 to fully get into a state of ketosis for me, so I’m in that stage right now. Lots of MCT oil, CLA, omega 3, sunflower lecithin and avocado for added fats. Meat and eggs cooked with olive oil. Macadamia nuts for snacking. I don’t do any planned calorie restriction when starting out, and it honestly hasn’t ever seemed to matter. It either happens by nature of the diet or the ketones are strong enough without it to still burn away the fat. I do want to incorporate IF for the autophagy effects, so will do that some when I’m adjusted.

Last few days been interesting. Last 3 days I did chest/tris, deadlift, and then shoulders. Bench was weak, but even with slightly less weight I noticed more of a pump. Deadlift didn’t necessarily feel weak, but I did feel like I was gonna shit myself with each rep. I did a bunch of back for accessories and again felt a better pump than usual. Shoulders was a whole different story. Felt great. Worked up to a final working set on standing barbell OHP of 100kg and ripped off 5 reps. Felt like I could do another at 105, which would be a PR, but my lower ab was twinging a bit which I have torn a couple times previously, so I stopped. Entire workout felt great though. Feel like maybe the ketosis switch has been made.

My injection spot from Wednesday is a bit sore to the touch, but not warm and not really painful, nor raised at all, so not worried yet.

Did a 24 hour fast and went in for 30 minutes of cardio and a quick arm workout. Was sweating my ass off but felt good. Scale was a half kg heavier but my clothes were soaked. Ate good the rest of the day for legs the next day.

Upped the Ostarine from 25 to 50

Leg day felt great, though hot as hell in the gym. First time squatting with my new Izner belt. After warmups did 5@ 160,170, 180 3@190 and 2@200. Felt I could have squeezed out another rep or 2 but that was my first time doing a double with 200, so I was probably just excited and racked it.

No joint pain yet to speak of, no insomnia. No ketone strips but pretty sure I’m fully into it now so will work in more IF days. Weight was up another 1/2 kg after leg day. I drank more than 2L of fluids during the workout, and was probably wearing most of it. Still, body comp seems to be changing. Just not shredding the actual weight like before.

Doing another 24 hour fast now while taking a rest day. Will eat tonight and hit chest in the morning.

Finally bought my own scale so I can keep tabs on my weight better. 109 last night and still 109 after eating post workout today. Deadlift today at the end of another 24 hour fast. Felt strong enough, but energy was a bit low. Still, 3 sets at 200 kg, 4,3,3. My gym’s DL setup is less than ideal: straight bar, shit knurling, and plates are 40cm so every rep is at a bit of a deficit. I deal with it thinking that when I go to compete with proper equipment, it will actually feel much easier.

Waking BP was 120/84, so that seems to be equalizing.

Been feeling a bit disappointed in the progress I see, but checking the dates I see it hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet, so probably shouldn’t be worried too much yet. Pants are looser, shirts are tighter. I’ll take pics again soon.
