Hi Friends,

Not starting the cycle right away but thinking to jump start the thread and get started with my new cycle in next 2 months.

trying to get back in shape and cut atleast 30 lbs of weight in 6 months

i'll get started with Stats first:

body weight : 210 lbs
body fat% : 20% +
age: 40 years
height : 6.0 feet


Training:
weight and strength training 5 days a week
cardio: 3 days a week moderate walking on treadmill for 20 minutes post workout.

Diet:
pretty clean diet:
i am a vegetarian usually focusing on whey protein for my protein needs and try to stay away from white refined carbs. try to consume a lot of green leafy vegetables in my diet.


Anabolic Cycles:

i have been training since last 15 years and have run couple of anabolic cycles . i am not a competitive bodybuilder but love to run cycles for lifestyle . i have never ran a cycle longer then 3 months and had been doing only one cycle per year and staying off to recover fully for rest of the year.

last cycle i did finished in July 2024 and PCT finished in august 2024.

last cycle:
week 1-12
Tren A : 200 Mg / w
Masteron : 200 mg /w
Test P: 300 Mg /w

week 4 -12
oral winstrol : 40 mg ed

armidex : 1 mg EOD through out cycle
Caber : .5mg once a week throughout cycle

PCT:
HCG - 5000 IU / w for 4 weeks
Nolvadex - 20 mg ED for 4 weeks
clomid: 50 mg ED for 4 weeks.

it has been 4 months now since i have finished my PCT and i feel fully recovered. i want to start a new transformation cycle again keeping myself safe as i have a family to look after as well.

looking to start below cycle in around March 2025 which will allow me full 6 months off from my last PCT.

Phase #1 : Doing this since i have some gear already available left over from my previous cycle which i want to utilise and finish off now .
Week 1 - 8
Test E - 500 mg / w
Deca - 400 MG/w
Week 1 - 4
Dbol : 40 mg /w

dont think i should add caber and Armidex here.

week 9 - 10 : Off
week 11-14 - Mini PCT : HCG 2000 IU / w
week 15 - 16 - off

Phase#2 week 16 - 24
Test P: 300 MG/W
Tren A: 300 Mg/w
Masteron: 300Mg/w
T3 : 50 mcg /d on alternate weeks with on and off strategy
Oral: confused between Anavar and stanzolol for muscle hardening
Armidex and caber on need basis .

PCT : week 25 - 28:
same as above


Need some expert advice on this cycle . i want to stay safe as much as possible and wat to continue this cycle off and cycle on for next 20 years atleast .

I don't like this at all. Your trying to pack a bulk, PCT and cut into a very short timeframe. You are also over 20%BF which is not a good starting point to put on size. You are gonna get way too fat.
My advice here would be to spend some time dropping BF and then think about a cycle. You don't need drugs to cut unless your in a steep deficit at low bodyfat.
Get you log going with daily diet and training and we can help you get your house in order.

@welcometopiyush glad to see this log, now you are in the EF family bro :)

First off please share a pic of you full body with face blurred, we need to understand your base size and cuts.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
