Increased all my weight by 10-20lbs and added a set. Killed it! Felt awesome. Chilling in the sauna now.

I was super pumped this morning. took caffeine before I went today... I looked at my numbers from last week and felt good and just decided to take a leap of faith and go for it. Should be jumping up in weight more in the next few weeks. feeling much stronger. gaining to muscle weight now! Im going to catch you girl!!! jk nevermind thatll never happen. haha...our sauna is in the womens locker room so not fat bald men...hopefully.
