thanks d! im trying to keeop up with you!OW did a great job on the workout! i loved it. nice change but i went light so im itching to kill it come monday. .....Im giving my jaw a good workout though with this gum! about to chew through my lip! lol
 
Oh so sore from leg workout Thursday! 2 days of playing ball and I'm waddling around the park! Lol feels good though.

Def made me sore!!! Tried to stretch over the weekend but since my team got knocked out early sat I ended up sitting and watching in the cold for the next two days and cramped like hell last night! I was really fun otherwise
 
Decided to do some arms today cuz of several knots in my hamstrings.

Eliptical wu
Bench press: 1x20x45, 5x5x65
Wide grip bb row: 1x20x45, 5x5x65
Dbl curls: 5x5x17.5
Elbow in shoulder press: 5x5x17.5
Standing Tate: 5x7x17.5
Dips: 3x15x45
Wave: 20 min
Pushups: 3x15
Box twists: failure 64

Feeling super bloated and congested from sitting in the cold. Really want to do tons of cardio this week to get rid of my pudge and saddlebags!!!!
