Right now I Weigh 185 and at approximately 5% body fat. I’m 26 years old and almost 5’10. This will be my diet for this next cutting cycle:
Meal 1: 8oz smoked salmon with half avocado
Meal 2 (post workout): 1 cup egg whites with 2 low carb tortillas and 3 rice cakes
Meal 3: protein shake (50g protein) with 4 rice cakes
Meal 4: alternating between skinless chicken breast 10-12oz, 10-12oz 93/7 ground turkey, and 10-12oz 93/7 ground beef. And then adding a side maybe 100g of white rice with fried asparagus.
Meal 5: repeat of meal 4
Meal 6: protein shake (50g) with 5 rice cakes
I’ll slowly cutout rice and pasta as the weeks go on and I fall into a deeper calorie deficit. This is the diet I did last year when on Tren and it worked amazing.
