My S-4 Cycle Log!

Will working out harder and more often produce better results on SARMS?

This is actually day 2 of my cycle, but i thought id help out the community and start a log since there doesn't seem to be many newer logs out there for SARMS.

Right now I am taking
S-4 75mg a day (3 doses)
Fish oils/cod liver oil (dosing 2x a day at mealtime)
Valerian root at night for sleep 1500mg
And IGF-1 2-3 times a day at about 75ng

Anyways a quick summery of Day 1: My S-4 arrived in the afternoon, so I took my first dose immediately, i was super excited as it was ordered much quicker than expected. The plan is to dose 25mg 3 times daily, for about 3 weeks to finish off my current cut, then use something more suited for bulking after the 3 weeks are over. I am already 3 weeks into my cut, and ive lost 20 lbs (started at around 25% bf)

This shit taste worse than gay sex. Its like eating hot glue. This signals to me that i probably didn't get a bunk product, if the taste is so strong.

25 mins after dosing on an empty stomach, I can feel a slight energy boost, kinda like coffee but better. Could be placebo.

Did Kettle bell workout with 2 5 min sets of Swings, Snatches, and clean and jerk, respectively. 40 mins after dosing, endurance seemed slightly better, and i did this workout 8 hours fasted on zero carbs that day, nothing but a protein shake for breakfast.

Day 2 - I said fuck it and I upped the dose slightly, I did about 35mg right before going to work, and man did I feel great at work. I feel more confident the energy boost is not a placebo effect. I did about 35mg more 7 hours later after work, and I plan on getting in my workout very soon. As I am writing this it is day two, and im about to finish my coffee and report how i feel after the workout.

I am very open to ideas and criticism. Im thinking, I will be able to workout some muscle groups way more often and see faster results, since my body will recover faster due to the S-4 and IGF-1 combined. (Like working on Arms 4 days a week).
 
My diet:
Every breakfast 1 protein shake + all my supplements down the hatch first thing after waking up. Including S-4 320 Calories and 32 grams of protein, 9 grams of carbs.

After fasting for 8 hours, my lunch is the exact same as my breakfast, sometimes i use 1 less scoop of whey protein, and ill get half as many calories/protein/carbs, but i still keep all supplements the same.

I eat dinner within 45 minutes post workout, I plan on keeping my carb intake around 100 grams a day (this is easy for me, sometimes i even eat less) 60-80 grams of protein (depending on how many cans of tuna i decide to eat, and 32-64 grams of whey (depending on my appetite after dinner. And around 900-1300 calories (depending on how fatty my protein sources are).

So it varies between about 1300-1800 calories a day (tbh i rarely reach 1800 cals, with 320-480 calories coming from whey protein.

This might seem like not enough protein or carbs to maintain mass while cutting, but thats what the S-4 is supposed to do, prevent muscle wasting while cutting (or at least this is what i hear.)
My numbers might seem slightly off, thats because I always count a rough estimate of my calories a day (an accurate estimate) and I dont really count my protein daily, i just make sure i drink at least 2 protein shakes a day, eat at least 1 can of tuna and i make sure i eat near 80 grams of protein at dinner, not counting the canned tuna (20 grams protein a can).
 
Anyways I just finished my workout of Day 2.

I waited after dosing before working out, so i could "feel" the S-4 working.

Workout was absolutely amazing, I feel great. No noticeable increases in strength or endurance, but a huge increase in determination and mental focus. (Compared to my usual pre-workout of black coffee and caffeine pills).

Biggest noticeable difference is recovery in between sets. I almost regret going up in dosage when its only day 2, i feel like i could have gotten the same results this workout using less.

I think im going to split up my dosages differently to maximize pre-workout and post workout recovery starting tomorrow. So far 70mg consumed today (approx).

Im going to start doing 20mg in the morning 50 pre-workout and 20mg a few hours post workout before falling asleep. In an effort to stay as analbolic as possible throughout the entire day and night, while not going up 2 high in dosage. So 90 mg a daily total. No vision sides yet. My balls still look the same, sexual drive is through the roof. Im fighting urges to jack off as i write this.
 
Forgot to add, I the pump on this stuff is real, Ive never really been able to see my veins before cause of a high bf%, but now they are really showing. Also, I think this just might be increased water or something, but during and post workout my muscles in my arms become swollen, and appear to be bigger than normal. I actually used measuring tape, 2 weeks ago my arms were 17 inches exactly, post workout i measured 17 and 1/4 an inch, but this faded very soon after my workout was over. Maybe I was just pumping tons of blood into my arms. Idk.
 
right now, 6 foot, about 225 lbs (scale is slightly off, buying a new one in a day or 2, and will update after) roughly 20% bf.
Arms 17 inch chest 48 waist 38, Legs 25.5 inches. Measured at the peak of the muscle while flexing.

I had a catastrophic knee injury that kept me from walking for almost a year straight, during that time i did not workout and lost a lot of previous gains and gained lots of fat. This is the reason I am such high bf% and also why I decided to start using SARMs. I am using S-4 (and later many more types of SARMs) to try to re-gain the body I used to have before my injury.

And of course I will be getting blood work done after 4 weeks to measure test and hormone levels, I will report at the end of 4 weeks. I have a natural test booster coming in the mail I will use for pct, cause im sure i will have at least some suppression after a cycle of S-4, which I will probably jump straight from s-4 to Ostarine or LGD-4033 (as long as bloodwork is good), For another cycle of at least 4 weeks. I will be logging those too.
 
Hopefully you picked up Sarms1 bro.. That will ensure you got a quality product. As far as PCT I would run a legit test booster during and in PCT. HCGenerate was designed to be a on cycle support to aid in a quicker recover and keep your nuts full.

Calories are definitely too low.. your maitenace should be somewhere around 2300-2500 at your size. Your well below 10% of maintenance

My main goal is fat loss and as quickly as possible. I know my calories are very low, I am depending on the S-4 to preserve my the size of my muscles while eating so low below maintenance. Are you suggesting that if I up the calories a little I will lose weight faster? Or that I might still lose muscle regardless of the S-4?

Anyways, about to dose again for pre-workout, and post what I noticed for the entire day afterwords.
 
Day 3 - 35mg S-4 down the hatch first thing in the morning, protein shake and supplements taken minutes after. 45 mins later I feel an great, positive outlook, more confident than usual and in a great mood. I love this stuff, a few hours later at work I want more, badly. But I left the S-4 at home, after 4 hours this feeling is gone and I cant wait to get home just to take more. Next time I will take the bottle to work with me. For most people I would imagine that the feeling alone would not be addictive, but ive abused street drugs in the past so those with a similar history might find S-4 addictive, I know how addiction works, and this stuff has addictive potential. I hope this post isnt too long and boring for some.

Dosed 45mg 8 hours later pre-workout with a protein shake, the whey protein must have slowed down the digestion of the S-4, cause the dose was higher but it didnt feel as strong, so I dosed 25mg more, for a total of 105mg today.

My workout was great, better than expected. Did full body workout HIIT, five 3 minute sets of dumbbell clean and press, which was super setted with shoulder presses, and I threw in some front squats and push ups just for fun. Cardio was my main focus today, seemed to be better than yesterday.
 
My post meal workout was very hard to eat, my appetite is very small. Not sure if it is an effect of intermittent fasting, the S-4 or both. Other noticeable side effects were slight headaches, throughout the day, nothing major at all, but I never get headaches so for me it feels strange. Also, its near impossible to sleep on this stuff! Day 1 and 2 I dosed before I went to bed, I wont be doing that again. I already have insomnia which was manageable with Valerian root, now i have to take 2-3 more grams of Valerian than before just to fall asleep. The energy this stuff gives is un-real.

No vision sides, libido and testicular size still seem normal.
 
According to the scale, Ive lost 25 lbs in the past 25 days, Since I been on cycle Ive lost 5 lbs in the past 3 days. To be more clear, before S-4, 22 days into my weight loss, I lost 20 lbs total, and 5 lbs since the cycle started for a total of 25 lbs.
 
Day-4 Dosed 35mg in the morning, must have built some sort of a tolerance to this stuff by now, the same feelings of well being and confidence are much weaker, but still present ever so slightly. This stuff make my job easier. Appetite disappearing everyday, no vision sides, my balls are the same size, libido is above average.

Resting today, Dosed 25mg mid-day, dosed 35mg more in the evening. I ordered some LGD-4033 and it should be here by the end of the weak, Ill be taking that as soon as it gets here and I plan on staking it with HCGenerate or Test 180 ignight, which ever comes in the mail first, and ill just use the other as pct.
 
Day 5 - 25-25-25mg morning, noon, and afternoon. will do 25mg more in the evening.

Decided im not going 5 days on and 2 days off, so far i have no vision sides at 100mg per day, so i will keep taking until it effects my vision, then i will adjust or temporarily stop dose from there.

Today I was tired so i just did dumbbell curls at home and i used drop sets, i have a new 50 lbs dumbbell ive only worked out with 2 times, mainly because i can barely do 6-8 reps, with the 6-7 and 8 reps being with very bad form. after just 9-10 days of buying this dumbbell, i did drop sets 4x8 from 60 lbs to 20 lbs for with each arm!

and ive already hit biceps hard directly once this week, and indirectly twice. muscular endurance is up, but nothing that some creatine couldn't do. strength seems to be through the roof considering 1 set of 50 lbs was barely feasible 2 weeks ago. and even while pretty tired i pumped out 2 solid drop sets before my technique started to falter close to the 7th and 8th rep on the last 2 sets using the heavier weight. So from going to pretty much not being able to use this dumbbell, to drop setting it with 0 rest for 4 full sets, is nothing short of amazing in my opinion.

my cardio seems to be effected to a greater extent than the endurance of my muscles alone, i dont breathe as nearly as hard or as heavy as before, and i recover much faster than ever before. this might be why my strength increased so much.

i am also coming right off a tendon injury in my right shoulder. the s-4 has seemed to make it much easier to workout my upperbody with heavier weight and less pain. but i am also 4 months into my recovery with almost 2 full months of not lifting upperbody due to the pain. either way the results are nothing less than great. i was worried my product wouldnt be good quality cause of were i ordered it, boy was i wrong.

if real aas are even more powerful than this, i could never touch them, im sure ill become so addicted i will never want to come off.

also, the feelings of well being and confidence have faded VERY significantly, i almost cant tell they are there anymore. so at this point i feel as if the abuse potential i previously mentioned is probably close to none since this feeling doesnt last forever.
 
Careful dosing up so quickly. .. I've heard the sides can be a real bitch. And they kick in closer to the 2 week mark.. also I thought it's recommended that you don't exceed 100mg. I could be wrong, but glad you're seeing results. Good luck brother.

Yea thanks will, that reminds me. I forgot to mention that i have been getting horrible stomach aches for the past 2 days, and pretty much since day one, it has caused slight discomfort immediately after taking it. Past 2 days have been bad but I toughed it out, they all come around the same time everyday, about 3-4 hours after the first dose. My stomach pain could be worse than others simply because i dose it on an empty stomach, and i dont eat whole foods in the morning time, just protein shakes normally. I have also had ulcers and stomach bleeding in the past, but i havent had any real stomach pain in at least 1 year, besides since ive taken the s-4. It could also just be really bad hunger pains from not eating whole foods for half the day. It is noteworthy that my eating habits were the same before the s-4, and i rarely had any discomfort.
 
Ya I'd scale back and follow Dylan's dosing protocol.. he's the resident expert on sarms.. just my .02... I'm sure if u message any of the vets around here they will help u out. They've definitely been supportive with any questions I've had.

ive never heard of s4 causing stomach problems but im not able to say its not the cause.Im not a doctor.
 
I've ran s4 many times and never experienced stomach discomfort. Only great strength gains and vascularity haha. But good luck and hopefully it passes
 
yea im just reporting what i experienced. i took one day off instead of the suggested 2, couldnt help myself. no workouts yesterday. Also, after returning today i dosed on an empty stomach just as before and my stomach felt fine. workout today was great, seeing good strength gains. im using the same weights for most exercises but on my timed sets i can do many more reps in the same time period but im still just as tired as i would normally feel. but recovery in between sets is still much quicker which allows for a more intense workout. Did squats, kettlebell snatches, clean and jerk combined with HIIT.

I the skin around my biceps is starting to get that thin look. My shoulders feel great and ive been using them indirectly at least 3 times a week in my workouts (were previously injured, tendon issues on one side and joint stability in the other). knee joints still feel great.

Dosed 25mg in the morning, 25mg afternoon, and 50mg pre-workout in the evening. It took a bit of tinkering with but 25-25-50 seems to be the sweet spot for me. So far no new sides, and the sides i experienced were very mild other than the insomnia and stomach pain, which have been getting better. Libido is through the roof.
 
Day 8 (i think) i looked into my bottle of s-4, it seemed to be much less than i thought it was. Realized that using 100mg a day, at 50mg per ml, this stuff will only last 15 days max which is half the amount of time i planned but it will top of my 6 week cut perfectly. I am already happy with my results, but most of them ive gotten before starting the s-4. Thank god my order of lgd-4033 arrived today. I went ahead and started off at 2m lgd-4033 today, and ill end the s-4 log once the bottle runs out. considering the lgd-4033 will probably have taken full effect by that time, and i also will not be reordering s-4. Depending on how i react to lgd in the next week or so, i might continue a new log for the lgd alone.

Tomorrow ill start doing only 50mg s-4 a day to preserve it as much as possible.

will upload before and after pics once the bottle is gone to show progress, thus far i am pleased
 
Did arms today, Shoulder presses 4x12 dumbbell curls 4x8 with 50lbs and 3x20 20lbs, skull crushers 3x10, and arnold presses 3x12. Was tired and unmotivated, but the endurance and strength is still there for sure. Almost zero need to rest in between sets and very little rest in between exercises. My glutes are and hammy's still sore from the last time I did legs which is a little demotivating cause i planned on hitting cardio hard tomorrow. I will see how i feel.

Looked at my dick mid workout, it was less than 2 inches soft lol (much smaller than normal). Zero vision sides, stomach aches have also faded. I now think the stomach aches came from over consumption of coffee and unrecognized hunger pains.
 
Day 9 - Rested today, dosed 50mg s-4 and 2mg ldg-4033

I feel like the log has been thrown off due to the lack of planning with the dosages of s-4 and the introduction of lgd, not sure if i should continue this until the lgd is gone or just stop when the s-4 is finished. I was very impatient cause if heard alot of great things about the lgd so i started it immediately.
 
Day 10 - dosed 25mg s-4 and 2mg of LGD-4033 in the AM, will dose another 25mg s-4 pre-workout. I feel that since cutting my s-4 dosage in half, my muscle soreness has increased.

No real changes in vision, more energy in the daytime, my libido seems to be multiplying day by day, i guess that doesn't hurt. Testies are still normal size.
 
The past 3 days ive cut the dosage short, 25mg pre-workout only, stamina has decreased but strength remains. Some very small vision disturbances going indoors/outdoors on bright days. Progress has been good although my diet has been poor lately.
 
S-4 supply is running low, maybe 1 or 2 more doses left. At this point im done with S-4 for now. If i can say anything, unique's s-4 is the real deal. Ive never had a pre-workout like it before, and with unique its half the price of most otc pre-workouts. Ofc it comes with way more side effects so to each there own.

Overall I've noticed big increases in endurance and slight strength increases in very short period of time, I havent had my bf% checked so I cant say how much but s-4 helped my rats GAIN muscle (visible in my upper body) while in a (what some would consider extreme) caloric deficit in a 2 week period. Of course not much was gained, but there is a big difference in the mirror imo. I will be posting pics.

In what ive experienced, this compound is great for preventing muscle breakdown in prolonged catabolic states (fasting and working out in a caloric deficit). Great for keeping muscle size while cutting.

Side effects, little to no vision sides after 2 weeks of use, some insomnia, energy boost, slight feeling of well being, libido and performance increase.
