It has been brought to my attention that several of my posts have been copied in there entirety to other sites without my persmission.

As a general rule, if someone want to use something I write, I will let them, prodvided they simply FUCKING ASK ME!!!!!

I have never once refused. This is a simple courtesy, and it makes all the difference between being a thief and being polite.

Ok, the four posts that are stickies at the top of the page were not quoted, or over-quoted, as the case may be to anyone I gave permission to.

I have contacted the administrators at both sites and illustrated the following:
1. I have the orignal documentation
2. I have at least one if not more credible witnesses who saw me write them.
3. Errors were made when copying at least two of them
3a. Active recovery, references were not copied. Even in the post I made to elite, you can see the references. This was a little less than slick.
3b. In the squat document, there is reference made to graphics that will not post. They are still in the original document, even though I could not get them to post.

Any advice would be helpful at this point.

And unfortunately for the thieves in question, I have a clean and jerk document that was going to be posted today. I will send a copy of it t Spatts, and see if she can find IT anywhere on the net.

I had given him permission to post them some time ago, and forgot about it.

Will speak with him about crediting me, though.
