Hi Everyone. Heres a picture of where my physique is at currently. What do you think my body fat % is around? Im trying to cut fat right now. Currently 6'1 205

Kinda hard to tell from that pic, and the fact that it is pretty high. I would say you are in the very high teens at the minimum (18-19%)

i have gone from 123 kg to 71kg but still know where near abs and hit weight loss plateu what body fat% do i look? keep cutting or time t bulk ?
