You know if I am not gentle it can be painful, but EVERY woman I have had sex with has been able to take the size, after a few minutes, with ease. The vagina is amazingly adaptive and as one girl told me "it's a good sore"!

I have a friend with peyronie's disease(syndrom?) and he may need to go through this, when his winkie stops bending, but he wouldn't want to be any bigger than he was.

You can pick your girth within reason. But length you can figure on an increase of 1/2 an inch to almost 2.

It varies according to your anatomy.

Girth you can figure on adding one WHOLE inch or more!!! That's a HUGE increase in penis volume. The one guy Dan Salas, went from 5.5 inches girth to about 8.5 freaking inches of girth in 2 surgeries!!!! You can check his site out at www.phallocare.com or something like that.

Id go for it though I think if I had the time and inclination...hell if I can prep 16 weeks for a bodybuilding show I could handle hanging weights from my dick for a few monhts

Actually the only time you have scaring is when you choose the dermal graft route. I chose Alloderm as I'm too good looking to scar myself up. HA HA HA HA HA

I sent sassy69 my pictures and you will see there is NO scarring (hope I didn't piss her off by emailing them to her) . As to the scarring; this is plastic surgery and those pics are immediately post-op, but the incisions are done so well no one can tell, UNLESS, as I said you get dermal grafts from your own body.

BTW two top very prominent porn stars were operated on by my doc. The one guy's black, about the biggest in the industry, the other guy's white with a tattoo on his arm. Both guys are huge.

Both made incredible gains with their surgery as they had HUGE grafts put it.

If you ever see any of their vids you will notice they now have tiny amounts of pubic hard right where the abdominal incision is but in older pics and vids they do not. The one guy was there for his 3rd enhancement when I was there for mine. Cool guy.

Many of the top porn guys are doing this especially for girth. If you look at any of the data only .001% are over 6.5 inches in girth. Many of these guys have length no girth so they are coming in spending 40 to 50K to make themselves enormous.

Kind of weird to see myself so "exposed".

Oh well for anyone considering this I hope my pics help. They are pretty straighforward, no tricks or gimmicks, or photo-shop.

As you can see, there is no visible scaring, and the gains I made post-op are very satisfying to me personally.

I know it's not for everyone, but the myths about it are so many and some guys are seriously thinking about it so that's why I shared my experience.

I made great gains and you should see the looks I get when wearing posing trunks. LOL
