My Opinion On the Supplements Forum

Now, you all know I have used just about all of needto's products and they are all awesome, but the forum here seems to have turned into nothing but Needto's stuff. Gone are the days that we use to have a variety of supplements being reviewed.

When I say needto's stuff I mean everything sold on his site which includes the AGX stuff. I'll be the first to tell you all how great the products are, but I think a new member coming to this forum would find themselves thinking that the site and the forum is just a channel to push products, which I know is not what we want.

We need more product reviews of other products, unfortunately I'm not taking anything but Needto's stuff (I know seems to contradict my post )

This has been discussed before a few times. I'm not closed to the idea, but it's not up to me guys. I will talk with the Admin and see what they think.

Well i haven't been on this site very long but I know that when the best product is by going on here. If u went to another board and ask about pct they'll say nolva xt and 6oxo. Or if u ask about best ph they methyl 1-d from gnc. Fuukkkkk oooouuttttaaa hhheeeree!!
Plain and simple we kno what works and what doesn't and no need to experiment. You don't see the guys who use gear experiment with every UGL out there. Most guys who use will only use qv this or schering that. I don't even post up here often but I have probably convinced as many ppl in my gym to try needto products As anyone on here cause I kno what they do. So don't change this section but you can add another for reviews/logs.

My friend I have a few problems with what you have said. 1 being the fact that you are wrong. 2 being the fact that it almost make sit seem like you are saying that its some ones fault. Like some one or some people have forced it to be this way. Again that is also wrong. After all you are a rep for NTBM and Do I give to craps about this thread you have made? Am I going to tell you to take it down? would I bother you in any way for making it? So you see even reps for NTBM or not forced to say or not say things they don't want to. So As even you yourself can vouch for (no one has lost the ability to speak about products they like not even you).. People talk about what they like around here and what they like,know and trust is NTBM and some others. IS there something wrong with that? no.

Keep in mind every single one of this thread were found with in seconds and all of them are right there on the first page of the supplement forum. I have not even gone to the other forums searching yet.

Also keep in mind that As ext elite mod and a sponsor I have done everything I can to make sure all the other forums are not slam packed with product threads. In the past this was a problem on the aas forums,woman forum and other forums. You will see a few pop up but together with the other sponsors,the other mods and leaders we have all worked together to make a really good running board.

My friend The people are talking about what they want. Anyone can talk about anything they like so long as they are not

1. become a product pusher and every other thread they make is a thread about a non sponsors products.

2. blatant spam

3. They speak to others with respect.


So In reality its almost like you are asking everyone to stop using and talking about the product they like (NTBM) and use something else. Which from your last comment seems like you're not exactly willing to waist money on other products your self when you already know,trust,love the products you are using now.

All of us should feel privileged to be a part of a forum that allows such open and free speech. A forum that has sponsors and leaders who do not force anyone to speak only about a sponsors product but that everyone here is doing it (because they want to)


You would have a pretty valid complaint if we had leaders and sponsors who were pricks and forced everyone to only talk about the products. Or leaders who erased talk about other product.


We do not have that here. We got a good leadership, good sponsors and good site. Thanks guys

needto's stuff is head and shoulders better than the other companies out there. That's why this forum is mostly needto products. they're the best to use.

Many of the cutting edge things we see now a days from my formulations to what Needto has to what Primordial has created to what orbit sells came from the freedom that is at Elite.

to change it would alter what is not broken

Captain FT is absolutely right. I think there's way too much marketing here. I like Need2, Orbit, and MrSupps products, (and them as participants in this forum) and I welcome as many reviews as users are willing to post, but I personally find the repetitive ads annoying. Sorry to point out MrSupps, but it seems like every other day there's a repost from moderators or MrSupps about how MrSupps.com has Beastrol and Epistane available. I'm glad you carry the products, but I don't think this needs to be restated a couple times a week. Now I'm all for putting up new posts about how you carry Diesel 2 or other new products, but in my opinion there are too many marketing reposts of "we have Beastdrol, etc. available." Again I like you guys a lot, but the marketing is a bit much. Please do inform us of something new you have, but I think it's excessive to keep posting week after week about products we already know you have in stock. Again, I'm not trying to be nasty, but one of the reasons I participate here is because I want to help other members with questions they have and when these threads get knocked to the bottom of the list from all the marketing threads, these guys probably get turned off and leave the forum, taking their business with them. I'm all in favor of reviews of products because I've used them myself, but in my opinion there are too many re-postings about "we still have this and this product available." We know. The new guys will know as soon as they make a search or start reading other threads about the products. Again, I don't have any beef with you guys, I'm glad you're here because you keep this place alive, but I'd suggest whittling down on the re-posting of products we already know you carry.

I also get annoyed when someone makes a post saying, "I bought xxxxx today!" I'm like, "Okay. What's your point? Am I supposed to congratulate you or something?" I'll be delighted to hear from you once you've tried the product and can post a review, but I really don't care that you bought it today and I don't think it's necessary for you to share that with everyone. :/ I suppose they're just excited...

I'm at work using expertpcsupport.com and it makes for difficult quoting etc. I'm coming back to this and will elaborate. You know this isn't any sort of product bashing, I love all of the NTBM and AGX (OMEGA) stuff, hell its all I use.

In a nutshell, I use to come to the Supplement forum (before NTBM existed) and see multiple threads on different products, likes/dislikes etc. Yes there are reviews here for different products but they quickly end up 15-20 threads deep after a bump barrage of other threads. It's my opinion, from a new member (and even an older member like me)point of view, that the board looks like a bunch of marketing, which I don't think we want to come across that way.

I say this because I love EF, I love NTBM, AGX, and Orbit (sorry Mr.Supps haven't ordered from you) and I want all you guys to be successful with all your endeavors, but the forum just seems too cluttered with marketing.

It use to be more user reviews and now seems to be rep reviews. I say this without using the search feature of the site. I'm trying to look at the forum and give an honest assessment of what I see because its what the users would see.

i actually kinda thought need2 has been pushing other supps more so than his own in the past few weeks. and to me ,it seems like the only time he does talk about his supps is because of a killer deal or package hes doing.....its not his fault that the other companies dont put out like need2 does (not knocking the other companies. mabe they just cant do it, i dont know)

all i know is that this site regurdless if need2 had supps or not displayed, would still be top notch. its got some of the most experiance people,and best info , not just on supps, steroids, ect , but you have training, buisness, mma, i mean shit...this site has everything but bull shit in it. id say everything here is top notch from the companies thats support it, members who run it and people who just visit it.


but i know nothing...im just a gym rat.

and yes im probably a need2 nut swinger, but thats because until now i havnt had anything come close to m1T wich i loved more than any supp ive ever tried(and theres been a shit load) until now. so im cool with being a need2 nut swinger.....ROCK ON!!!!!!!

please dont take it like im down talking anyone other than need2, thats not what i was really getting at. i was more or less pointing out the fact that need2 is just constantly doing some crazy shit. in give aways, free trial packs, and just creating new supps all the time, there for that would be why we always see him posting or others for that mattre about his supps. thats all.

Well the Things is there is plenty of things you can bitch about on any forum. Elite is one of them sites that has the least about to bitch about and I think seeing adds from good sponsors should be at the bottom of the list of things to bitch about on a site. Now we are just splitting hairs here. No sites ever going to be perfect but elite is damn near close.

Sponsors pay the bills. In the case of NTBM I not only help pay the bills but I work my ass off for this site in so many ways you cant even count them. We have been keeping all the sup threads to the sup forum because I like to respect the rest of the site like that. However if you like we can spread it out threw out the whole forum then. Every forums has sponsors and ef has some of the best. You can sit there and bitch about it make it hard for the sponsors and they will leave. Then who knows maybe you will end up with some real fucking pricks for sponsors. Ones with big time dollars to drop and when they do they will want a hell of a lot more control over content for the money they are spending. Then everyone will be saying to them self " damn I wish we had the old sponsors"..

From a while ago I've got the perception that this forum became "the marketing forum"; full of threads pushing products by inventors/vendors, and the same old threads bumped back up. It looks just like those commercials on TV where they say "call now" about 100 times and people at home don't have other option than switching channels or putting the TV on mute.

Since sub-forums are not that effective, maybe the marketing, coupon codes, manufacturer research and information, can be contained in a sticky thread for each company. That way, when the user wants to learn more about the product, ingredients, suggested use and coupon codes, can go to that specific thread, while the main forum contain reviews, experiences and questions from users. Because ultimately, lets face it: If you show me a commercial 1,000 times, not only is NOT gonna change my willing to buy the product, but on top of that, I may decide to not try it at all, just because of the pushing techniques. Instead, having the info available in a specific place, will let interested people learn, try it, and post reviews without overflowing the board.

A supplement forum should be just that -- the use, application and opinions on supplements. We can even talk about old stuff, potential stuff, or health related products that nobody here even carries. It's all cool.

There's no sense in having a forum just for one company or the next. That would be boring -- especially since the legit sponsors are always here and respect the competition and the bogus companies stay away.
