I am so excited...I got some new gym clothes...I love them:)

Still sore from my contest...should have bought stock in Advil...

Ha ha...I put my gym clothes and went into the bathroom and realized when I glanced in the mirror...how goofy I looked.

Well...I look goofy when I'm in regular clothes too....but anyway:)

I laugh only because I'm safely behind my computer monitor. hehe.

Glad I work out in a climate controlled facility.

They just implemented the wife-beater law this past month. I will not take full effect till Jan 1.

I was just trying to look out for you bud. I didn't want to see any of the rats or Feds that are watching the boardjam you up! BTW, my WO clothes aren't far from yours but I'm not known for being a fashion plate at the gym. My jail WO outfit was all orange.

tripleV: read my little squinty eyes? I dunno...when I smile you can't even see any part of my eyes... Kentucky is 110 in the summer and -10 in the winter. Gotta love it. What...you gonna give me a hug or something?

gymtime: I basically block out my face...because I am not good-looking. I look decent in about 3 pics I have...so I don't block out my face on them...

i live in Alabama............ the south has the greatest weather of anywhere.

we have it all........ tornados, after affects of hurricanes from the gulf, rain, sleet, snow, storms, blazing summers, and freezing winters.

i mean the south is great..... if you dont like the weather....... stick around a few minutes...... it will change

oh, bfold........ i dig the boggin.......... you rule!!!!!!!!!

JustinM: I weighed 305 last Dec 26th..I weighed in at 280 at my contest..but had visible signs of abs too. I was fat at 305...well...fat for me.

My next contest will hopefully be in Feb in Boston. Think I picked up my first major sponsor yesterday. It is a serious contest...the international boys will be there.

i wish you the best of luck man..you are truly awsome..i hope you get sponsered and you can powerflit for your profession because that would be an awsome lifestyle..keep doing what you are doing because not too many people i know can pull a firetruck man..


and whenever i need insiration to get real strong i just look at the contest picks and i get pumped instantly

When you are poor and lift next to a small kerosene heater...you will wear anything to stay warm. Sometimes I wear a hunting mask if it gets cold, and gloves between sets. When I get the Carhart out...you know it is freezing.

It has been warm, hot, cold, and colder already. Was down to 32 last night...and hit nearly 80 today.

Melissa was unbelievable...you should have seen her with the harness pull...she never gave up...never. I guess that she was really motivational to me...very motivational. I have some really good pics of her doing the stones...talk about a force. She should have taken the overall women's...but that is my opinion. She has a great smile too...just my opinion also.

I guess that I should say that I did not "meet" a Melissa...but I did have the pleasure of seeing her compete. She was a true force. You should have seen her and the drive and determination in her eyes while she was lifting the stones. And those little pants she was wearing as she came back to the motel lobby late that night with her very very very large boyfriend!!!! I felt very small!!!!

Did I mention that her legs were more muscular than mine? Everyone was jealous...
