My Log

You need to hit your back harder criminal.
(Just saw your 50 something day update)

Also, keep in mind, with cycle, you'll be holding some water so you're not quite as full in muscle as you may look

really? i thought my back was actually showing the biggest signs of improvement. i should have done a full 360 in the vid-update. oops.

and i know i'm holding excess water right now, i knew that would happen especially when adding dianabol to this cycle.

question though, after this cycle is over would it be wise for me to cut cals (keep protein high) and go to an immediate cut and try and drop my bf down single digits??

or do u think i should try and maintain weight for as long as possible?

i read the reason people lose their gains after cycleing is bc they dont pct properly. and when elevated levels of estro are present, (estro being catabolic) your body loses muscle quickly.
so i would think that as long as i pct proper, and get my natural test back to normal, i could esseintailly cut and not risk losing any more muscle than i would cutting if i had never even cycled....

does that make sense? and this is prob the wrong spot for this post. sorry.

Back to invisible touch- At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock.

i read advice to someone somewhere, that the best thing to do when building mass is to "chase the pump"...

i was kind of getting frustrated with my workout routine, not really hitting all the muscles i want to and it just felt like it was kind of restricting me. so i threw away the pen and paper, and i'm now just "chasing the pump" so to speak.

pretty sure i have a better idea of what kind of exercises build the most muscle, compounds and what not.

correct me if i am wrong, but if i focus on compound movements and stick to the 10-12 rep range i should be maximizing hypertrophy. correct?

also i have dropped all the heavy weight lifts and i am focusing on low weight, perfect form, and mind-muscle connection. i saw this great video from kai greene on youtube that kind of inspired me to drop the heavy shit. focus on body building, not "weight lifting"

( Kai Greene - I'll Never be A Weightlifter. - YouTube )

what are yalls views on these ideas :)

I believe lifting lighter with intensity/mind muscle contraction is 10x better for building mass/muscle. hell look at DC training. Contraction is the key. Sure its good to switch it up and get strength gains sometimes.. So you can move more weight controlled later on. Contraction always beats lifting heavy.

come at me bro

what does that even mean?

Back to Whitney - Did you know that Whitney Houston's debut LP, called simply Whitney Houston had 4 number one singles on it? Did you know that criminal?

It's hard to choose a favorite among so many great tracks, but "The Greatest Love of All" is one of the best, most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation, dignity. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it's not too late to better ourselves. Since, criminal, it's impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It's an important message, crucial really. And it's beautifully stated on the album.
