anyways this was my diet last summer, i was eating primarily london broil and occasionally roasts and chicken sliced. i used barbeque sauce regularaly (will probably try somthing with less carbs this summer like A1 or somthing) but I was wondering what a difference do you guys think it would make to use lean cuts of meat religiously? Anytime i use ground beef i drain it and wash it off with hot water to remove all the grease i can. I was very lean at the end of this diet running. i of coursed had a boost from caffiene, albuterol and maybe a dnp run which i loved. but anyway. leanest ive ever been in my life, was wicked sweet. So if anyone has taken the plunge and gone hard core diet, do you think eating lean red meat only will make a large difference? also what was the ideal fat/carb/protein %'s one needs to tweak their diet to? i was thinking of making a new one with each meal at preciseley that ratio for every meal of the day 5x a day.
