Mine's not, because I just started doing squats a few weeks ago but I've been benching for awhile. Hopefully it will soon take over and pass my bench though (which wouldn't be too tough...)

M muscledog95 New member Jun 18, 2003 #7 Ya I know my bench should be a lot less im guilty of being in the "work only upper body" club in high school. This is what im doing Tues-upper thurs-lower sat-upper tues-lower thurs- upper sat-lower Mostly 3 to 5 sets of 3 right now. ive gained quite a bit of strength from doing 3 to 5 sets of 5. So added weight and now doing 3 reps instead of 5. Only lifts I do is bench, squat, pullups and one bi and tri lift. Some might not like it but its working for me so far
