IMHO take her off it completely. Hormones need to be monitored by a doctor, and particulary by an endocrinologist. There are too many things that can go wrong.
I know a couple of girls that took it too far and ended up spending $35,000 to fix the damage. Now they look great but still have deep voices. Repairs are not covered by medical insurance.
Testosterone can also effect her ability to bear children and thus your ability to have a child with her if you so choose in the future.
Seeing an endoc for increasing sex drive is, however. That and the resulting prescription would also be covered.
He should run a TSH panel (for thyroid because of the fatigue) and a serum testosterone/estrogen, particularly FSH panel and a Hepatic (liver) function test to be on the safe side.
