my gf wants hgh

she uses botox and wants to try hgh, cause of the overall health benefits and better skin you get from it, so she doesnt have to use botox anymore....thoughts?

From my experience it does help with skin a lot especially when taken with var both are collagen producers. However when I tried GH I was still young 26 and I am 30 now my skin is still in good shape but that is more taking care of it and protecting it from the sun.

You talk to any of the stars about top 5 reason`s their skin looks good:
1. Stay out of the sun and protecting skin when exposed to the sun.
2. Not drinking or smoking. (At least the ones that look good.)
3. Exercise (hello that helps with everything in life :) )
4. Laser and photo facials.
5. Botox and fillers.

I have been thinking more about Botox myself cause I don`t like the expression lines on my forehead plus as a bonus I heard it help with migraines! I am trying to hold out as long as possible with starting it though cause you do need to keep doing it as it only last 6-9 months.

Hi Trex74

I agree that a woman can lack confidence regardless of breast size. And I also agree that women can have confidence regardless of breast size.

But I know many women that have gotten implants and when asked how they felt afterward, almost all of them said "more confident about their appearance" at the top of the list. The second thing THEY will tell you is that they wish they had "gone a little bit bigger".

This has been told to me many times.

So this isnt my "male ego" saying this so that there are more large breasts in the world... this has been told to me by women that did it.

I know implants helped me a lot. I started bodybuilding when I was 23 I was a 36D by the time I did my first contest I was 26 and a 34 A the hardest thing for me was losing my boobs I had all my life. I remember being in a change room crying when I was buying a bra cause I was buying smaller then a C cup something I hadn`t been since I was 12! I loved everything else about my body except the lack of boobs plus because I was bigger before it looked like someone had let the air out of a balloon.

I did go a little bigger then I wanted I had first thought of 500-550CC which is on the large size but then friends were like go bigger you will never have to worry about getting them done again so I went to 600 CC. I got cohesive gels so I don`t need to replace them every 10 years like saline. I have been thinking about it more and I will likely get them redone way down the road if I need a lift and then I will go a little smaller cause who wants to see a granny with porn star boobs?

As for GH I think it has a place in long term health/beauty routines like Mr.Plunky said the most noticeable benefits will be in people 40+ but even ladies 30+ will see the difference as well. I know for me it felt like I was going through puberty again because I need to sleep 10-12 hours a day no joke. It also did a lot for skin elasticity cause I did loss a significant amount of weight to compete my first time.

I have read different things about HGH. For example, in some people it causes fat loss & alters the metabolism. Wheras, in others it causes weight & muscle gain. Which one is the norm for women? Do most people gain or lose on HGH?

Also, in reference to the skin, it always looks more youthful when it is plumped up either through weight gain &/ or taking of hornones. Any fat gain under the skin or even a bit of fluid retention will fill out the face & smooth out the wrinkles. A fuller face is what makes a person look younger. I have always told my girlfriends who diet consistently & often excessively to watch out, because too much weight loss & a very low fat diet will thin out a woman's face. The thinning of the skin is what ages a person most. You can spend a ton of money on chemical peels, acid products for the skin, lasers, facials, etc, Those only help the surface skin or top layers of the skin look tighter & clearer. However, the fat, muscle & hyaluronic acid under the skin, are the building blocks or structure of the skin. Once those start to deplete, a person's face starts to collapse or cave in, making a person look older.

In the last few months I have been working out faithfully but, bulking at the same time. I managed to gain 12 lbs in 17 weeks. However, it has been firm weight with muscle, due to diet & supplements. The one thing I noticed is that my face filled up a little, making me look really young. I had a wide cheekbone structure bfore the weight gain. However, a little bit of weight gain did my face some good. Speaking of plumping the skin, there is a fad in Japan which is huge now. It is more popular then getting facial fillers injected into the skin. Japanese women eat powder collagen supplements, which they swear keeps the skin plump & smooth. I don't know if it is true. I have not tried the collagen powder thing yet. I have tried a lot of products in my day, but haven't gotten to that yet.

It all depends on the persons body chemistry and diet if they lose or gain. Water retention is very normal with GH.

Superqt4u2nv, what do you think of taking herbal supplements which would naturally increase a person's hgh production? Most people take the synethetic hgh I am going to assume. However, what do you think about taking the herbal supplements, which will help someone produce more hgh on their own? Is there a huge difference between either route?

I have tried supplements like that yet to fimd one to come close to the real effects of GH but I do find most of them really help with sleep which is most of the reason I take it when dieting cause typically then I have a very hard time sleeping.

IMO 600 CC = perfect. And as far as "who wants to see a granny with porn star boobs?" I think lots of people... me included. :)
