My friend's ex girlfriend is being bribed for sex. I've never heard of anything like

this. She's married and her ex-boyfriend paid a guy to seduce her. She went for it and he got it on film. Now he is bribing her for sex. Telling her that he will mail the tape to her husband if she doesn't fuck him every so often. My friend called me to see if I had any suggestions as to what she could do? I don't know.
 
She needs to fess up. It's only going to get worse. That guy's demands will get grow and grow.

That's the problem. Her husband would know for sure. Plus I don't think those charges would hold water in a court of law. THere is no money involved and she doesn't have to agree. I really don't know.
 
It probably won't hold up, worst case scenario for the guy he destroys the tape ;) and goes scot free for lack of evidence. It's a harsh lesson.
I wouldn't be surprised if the demands grow.

Apparently he was very bitter towards her and felt that she screwed him over. He swore revenge and damn, did he sure get it. Some people will go to great lengths.

if the ex-boyfriend "gets any" under the threat of her well-being....he could be looking at sexual assualt charges and maybe a lesser degree of rape by deceit added on top of blackmail and extortion....not worth it...tell him to go away....

I don't know about that, I doubt it. My friends says, that she's afraid he will send the tape and her marriage will be over. He told her that if she tells anyone, he would send the tape. So if anyone contacts him about it, he will know. She's fucked. I don't know about him. I think her best choice is to try and reason with him. Make him feel guilty.

I doubt they'd waste resources on something so miniscule. Plus the only evidence they'd have is that tape which can easily be misplaced or destroyed.

The whole point is, from what i'm told, she doesn't want to lose her marriage. If she takes him down, if that's even possible, then she will lose her marriage. So what good is getting a PI going to do her? My friend says she is considering going along with it just to keep her marriage. I hate to say it, it was wrong, but this guy got the ulitmate revenge. I feel sorry for the husband.

Dude, she cheated on her husband and broke his trust in her. I don't feel sorry for her one bit, she deserves all of this IMHO. Sure it was sneaky what the ex did to her, but if she had not cheated in the first place none of this would be happening.

She has to come clean, and my bet is it will destroy her marriage, but don't think for a minute it's the ex's fault; SHE destroyed her own marriage. Maybe she won't cheat next time...

Take your ass to your "friend" asap , tell her that if she can't bring herself to be honest with her husband then you will help her with it. the point is, the blackmailer is a piece of shit.

fine the woman might be a bitch, a whore, a slut, who cares, but it was that guy who introduced the guy who tempted her, it was that guy who is blackmailing her, it is that guy who is fucking someone who probably doesnt want to.

the point of getting a PI is to take this guy down for what he did. because only a fool thinks that that marriage will survive with something like this hanging over it like a stormcloud. that guys revenge isnt limited to controlling and fucking over his ex, it has spread into screwing up a marriage. its inevitable, imo, so she might as well get payback

She needs to get him into a hotel room that is wired for sound and video, get him to restate the threats, get him out of his clothes and onto a video tape of her own. Counter threats of losing his job, sending the tape to his family, posting it on the net, be creative. Shut him down with his own meds. Oh, and get Bo-Den over there to keep things civil, just in case. LOL. It it goes belly up, he will be singing with a high voice.

you should ask to see it and then post up a copy for us....

I don't know. I don't see myself getting violent with anyone except in cases of self defense and to protect others, but you never know what you're capable of if put into certain situations.

I don't wanna bash on someone you consider a friend...but...sorry, she's a cheatin' slut plain and simple. I can't help but feel glad that she's being put through hell for this...and I hope it is the most miserable time in her life. I too feel sorry for the oblivious husband; best case scenario is that the ex-boyfriend fucks and degrades her a few times, then sends the tape anyways so the husband can kick her to the curb where she belongs alongside the rest of the trash.

A lot has to do with the state you live in. There are some states where women can really get screwed over by the courts in a divorce.
 
Think about it, this doesn't end with her and him just having sex. It doesn't. No matter what the tape will surface. She should tell her husband or the marrigae will end when he finds out anyway. She is in a tight spot, her early decisions will either make things worse or end the blackmailing now. Whats to stop them from upping the ante?

Did anyone get charged with the pamela/tammy video episode? Did anyone get charged with the paris hilton video? It's extremely HARD for someone to prove they didn't consent to it. All the other person has to say that the other person verbally agreed to it, evne if only one party did.

Besides, who wants to go to court, and have that video played over and over again, and presented as "public evidence". :)

Not so....you need the consent of one party in a conversation in order to tape them legally. He had the consent of the 'decoy guy', therefore he hasn't broken the law.

Nice to get such a myriad of opinions. I think faithful people have it out for her, and those that would cheat themselves want the ex boyfriend to pay, becausue they would hate to get caught in this situation. I'm only guessing.

You are right. I am a "good" girl. I would rather leave my marraige then cheat. When I first found out about my husband I asked him, why he didn't just leave. His answer was that he loves a lot of being married.


I think people who cheat are selfish. If you don't want to stay faithful, then leave your relationship. It's plain and simple. Give the other partner a chance to find a REAL man or women.


I sincerely feel bad for the husband. He has NO idea what he is in for. Months of pain and agony. The betrayed spouse suffers the most. The sad part of it all is they didn't have a choice. They got put into a very bad situation by a very bad spouse.
