My First Cycle

ENACER420 im not going to just do it... Im trying to figure out what I need to take on my first,second, third whatever cycle. Im not planning on anything yet!!! As for you trying to help... yelling and stating that i dont know what im doing is not helping... obviously I dont know and am trying to figure out with the help of experience individuals!! Im not stupid to just buy shit and stick it in me because Its posted on the net, that why im here. Soooo I'd appreciate if you(YES YOU) could stop commenting on this post as you do nothing to help me, and I will take the advice of people who understand that I dont know what im doing and am trying to figure out!!

You dont listen for shit...I know you dont know what your doing and thats why your here....im fine with that I was actually trying to help in the begining by telling you to get diet and training in check and read more....but YOU were given advice then you keep posting up shit for a second cycle before you know what your doing with your first one...this pisses me off I see newbies come and go just like you they ask for advice and dont listen because its not what they wanna hear, thats how you come off when your given advice....you dont make any acknowledgments to peoples advice, people told you things about your first cycle and your posting shit from google about a test/deca/dbol cycle....why would you be talking about your second cycle in your "my first cycle" post?
 
If you read i acknowledged using test alone for my first cycle... anyway this can go back and forth forever sooo.... Im taking the advice of others and taking test to start and will return later. Thank you

500 mg's test per week for 10 weeks, Aromasin throughout, PCT.
 
The reason everyone is advising to use one compound is because this being your first cycle your going to respond better than you ever will again, unless you stay off for along time. using one compound at a low dose will give you very good results and keeps the door open for future cycles working very well also because you can then add more compounds at higher doses until you reach a point where your not dosing higher but adding and/or switching up your compounds based on what works the best for you. also, as someone pointed out earlier, if your having issues you wont know which compound it is if you have 2 or more in your cycle and you wont know if one of the compounds is giving the better results. heres my opinion;
wk 1-8 250mg test enanthate shot 1 x per week.
wk 4-8 250 iu hcg shot 2x per wk, this will make pct easier
have arimidex on hand incase you develop gyno and use as needed but no more than 1 tab per day.
wk 9-14 arimidex at 1 tab per day
wk 10 - 14 sustain alpha as directed
toco-8 as directed
phosphatidylerine ( use P.P. brand)
Theres also other products like unleashed, post cycle, creatine to help with recovery. At the lose dose you will be using your pct should not be that dificult but why chance it. alot of people advise using clomid but i personaly hate the stuff. i tried it once and it actually made my gyno worse. youll get alot of conflicting opinions but the advise i have to give is to start out with a conservative dose as you have the rest of your life to figure this out and if you can get good gains on 250mg why use 500mg ? also, do your research on your diet. i know your getting advise form a friend whom is a nutritionist but it cant hurt to do your own research. AND, visit the training sections to make sure your getting the most out of your training.
