My First Cycle

I think you should also learn about ai's and pct bro. These will help you deal with any sides that may come up. Also help you recover after a cycle. They are very importent.
 
Also you came to the right place bro. You will find all the info you need on this site. Many of the mods,elite mentors and members are always willing to help. Often we tend to give the best answer for our (long term goals and health). We are always looking for people who are in it for the long hall. Not for the short gain.

But, most guys will tell you to get bf down first. And, 3 yrs of traing is not enough. You can still make gains.
realistically man, that is proly longer than the avg dude who starts joosing.
i'd peg the pre-cycle training at around 1 yr on avg

Maybe, but that is the main reason I stick around here.

3 yrs training is now where near reaching genetic limits. Dude could put on some more muscle and get bf down easily w/o juicing.

30 yrs old though...i'd say for the most part his gains have grinded down
i know mine have
 
I read that in a article while researching dbol. Like I said gentlemen I have never done a cycle in my life and really dont know where to start, thats why im here. So I know nothing at all..

Once again thank you for you help.
 
Here's my 2c if you want...

I would do AT MINIMUM 1-2 months of research before anything. Like the others have stated, you need to know which compounds do what, also different ai's and why you use them, PCT and other stuff.

I'm a noobie but I can honestly say that without the help of the members here and doing a ton of research I would have easily screwed myself up REAL good by now.

Find posts by some of the members here and find a mentor, needto and 8and20 are both good and will help you out a lot.

Welcome and let the homework begin.

Test only is GOOD. Anything else by itself for a first time NOT as good.


Remember all these steroids are all derivatives of testosterone. Testosterone (not a steroid technically) is what the body knows, and giving a higher dose of it without any synthetics will give awesome results. Reduced fat, more muscle and strength.

You can still make gains after 30. Especially, if you have only been training and eating right a few yrs.


You look like you have been training more than a few yrs.
