Approved Log My First Cycle Tbol Dbol Log

First let me tell you a little about myself. I have lifted weights on and off for 16 plus years and have always been natural except for supplements, creatine ect. I got out of it for a year or so and currently getting back to my natural peak. I have been doing alot of research and have decided to try my first steroid cycle ever, but I want to get back to my peak first. For example I know bench press isn't everything but I want to be able to get back to pressing 315 or so before I touch anything as I believe I will be there probably in another 2 - 3 weeks Muscle memory is a beautiful thing for I have always been able to get back to where I was at after 3 or 4 months depending on how hard I hit the gym.

I currently use L carnitine tartrate 2 grams with my post work out meal which according to bodybuilding.com helps with androgen receptor activity , along with ZMA before bed and a pre workout supplement which has creatine monohydrate in it. I also have a protein shake after my workout before my meal.

Diet : I start each morning with 2 scrambled eggs and a protein smoothie with bananas cherries blue berries rasberry ect adding in polmegranite juice sometimes. I eat alot of white rice along with bison only now for red meat, spinach salad ( carrots tomatoes in it low fat ranch dressing) and broccoli. I eat chicken wings only with my air fryer but also white rice and broccoli with the salad too. For lunch at work I honestly just have a turkey sandwhich or 2 with a good mutilgrain bread light mayo. I also go to joybowl and have raw salmon with white rice and tomatoes spinach and broccoli with yum yum sauce lol This is pretty much my diet. I do not drink at all and drink alot of water of course. I drink protein shakes in between meals and a few other snack throughout the day when I get hungry that consist of RX BARS which have egg whites peanuts dates in it and also trail mix with walnuts almonds pumpkin seeds and a few other things, sometimes greek yogurt. I do not drink.

I ordered some turinabol ( 4 boxes of 10 mg 50 pills per box) and testosterone gel 7 boxes 14 sachets ( 5 grams a piece). I have been told injections of testosterone cypionate is better as a test base but I hate needles ( I probably in a future cycle use that as a base from now on but will see). I planned on using the testogel as a base ( applying mositurizing lotion an hour after I apply the gel which I read helps with absoprtion) and just the turinabol for 6 weeks and the tesotgel for another week or 2 after I stopped the tbol .The site I ordered from actually sent me dianabol 50 pills 50 mg for free which I didn't plan on.

I planned on a 6 - 8 week cycle consisting of

week 1: 40 mg tbol and 1 5g sachet testogel
week 2 40 mg tbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 3 40 mg tbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 4 40 mg tbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 5 40 mg tbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 6 40 mg tbol and 1 - 5g testgel sachet per day
week 7 and 8 just 1 - 5 g testgel sachet per day

Now since I have the DBOL 50 pills 50 mg a piece I have been think about a stack but of course not 50 mg dbol on top of the turanibol for that would be too liver toxic
** I did order N2GUARD which I will take during the entire cycle and for my PCT which I may taper down to 3 - 4 pills instead of the 7 pills a day eventually after 4 - 6 weeks after the cycle. I ordered this because it seems like everyone swears by this stuff and offers alot of protection. I also have a cholesterol support supplement I currently take along with fish oil 2 times a day.

Now I am currently deciding on doing a stack with the tbol and dbol orals but I want to be careful with this.

I planned on a 6 - 8 week cycle consisting of ( orals only for 6 weeks )

week 1: 20 mg tbol / 25mg dbol and 1 5g sachet testogel
week 2 20 - 30 mg tbol / 25 mg dbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 3 20 - 30 mg tbol / 25 mg dbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 4 20 - 30 mg tbol /25 mg dbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 5 20 - 30 mg tbol / 25 mg dbol and posssibly 2 5g sachets testogel per day _ depending on how I feel or react to it.
week 6 20 - 30 mg tbol / 25 mg dbol and 1 - 5g testgel sachet per day
week 7 and 8 just 1 - 5 g testgel sachet per day
*** NOTE - I decided 25 mg dbol because they sent me 50 mg pills so I would have to just split the pills in half to make it a half dose
Of course I will use the N2GUARD for the whole cycle and pct just as planned before

I train 4 -5 days a week which I may change to 5 days a weeks for each body part

Friday - chest

I start with flat bench press - after warm up a set of 5 followed by a heavy set of 3 reps and then a heavy 2 rep followed by a burn out usually with 225.
After that I like to do incline dumb bell press sets of 10 increasing weight until I reach a set of 4 -5 followed again by dropping the weight down to do a burn out set.
Next I use a hammer strength machine which focuses on a wide chest press. I then go to weighted dips 3 sets to exhaustion after my warm up body weight set. Finally I like to use an incline fly machine they have at the gym which I really like.

Saturday - Back

I start with wide lat pull down warms then some wide grip pull ups to exhaustion 3 sets then back to the lat pull down 4 sets .I then go to the t row using a set of 8,6,4 after my warm up and again at the end I drop the weight again for an additional set. After this I go to the cable row 4 sets 12,10,8,6 - then do a drop set at the end. I finally go to an extreme row machine that mimics bent over rows very well same kind of rep and set scheme.

Sunday - Legs

I start out with squats. I usually do 3 - 4 heavy sets after warm up and drop it down the last set to focus on form. After squats I go to a leg press machine that mimics a front squat pretty well. I usually do 4 sets from 12,10,8,6. I then go do leg curls 3 - 4 sets 15,12,10,8. I work calves at the end.

Tuesday - Shoulders and ARMS _ which I may split in to 2 different days focusing on each like I use to do.

Shoulders - I start with over head dumb bell presses warming up then a set of 10, 8 , 6 increasing weight from week to week once I can do the set of 8 reps 10 times...
I do shoulder shrugs with the smith machine 3 -4 sets 10 - 6 reps sometimes use a barbell instead depending alsi there is a shoulder shrug machine which is pretty good. I also do side laterals with a machine, then face pulls at the end.

Arms - I start with straight bar bell curls 4 sets and like to a a set of crazy 7s at the end ( doing 7 reps partial bottom part of the curl the , 7 reps the top part of the curl then 7 full curls to finish which can be really hard) I then go to the tricep press down ( Staight bar ) 4 sets ( and have been experimenting with a crazy 7 set like the curl)
Next I go to dumbbell curls how course focusing on form sets of 4 ( 10 - 6 reps ) I follow with 2 sets of hammer curls. I then use another tricep press down with the v attachment 4 sets 10 8 6 4 reps.

I then may do may throw in an additional bicep exercise , preacher curl and another tricep exercise lying extensions

Alternate all tricep - biceps exercise back and forth

I am currently around 6 ft - 6 ft 1 218 ibs possibly 17 - 18 % bf I think.....

My goals are to get bigger and leaner, like everyone I would love to put on alot of muscle and be crazy strong and ripped, however I know that there isnt any magic pill although some people think steroids are.. I am trying to decide if I should just stick with the tbol cycle or the stack of dbol / tbol - again I didnt expect to get the dbol for free.

Any advice would be great thank you in advance for any thoughts on training, diet ect.

*** NOTE from my research the tbol has a 16 hr half like which I believe I could dose once a day and if I did the dbol stack I assume maybe I would take the dbol an hour before training for I believe it has a shorter half life of 5 - 6 hours.

I eat alot of white rice along with bison only now for red meat, spinach salad ( carrots tomatoes in it low fat ranch dressing) and broccoli. I eat chicken wings only with my air fryer but also white rice and broccoli with the salad too. For lunch at work I honestly just have a turkey sandwhich or 2 with a good mutilgrain bread light mayo. I also go to joybowl and have raw salmon with white rice and tomatoes spinach and broccoli with yum yum sauce lol This is pretty much my diet. I do not drink at all and drink alot of water of course. I drink protein shakes in between meals and a few other snack throughout the day when I get hungry that consist of RX BARS which have egg whites peanuts dates in it and also trail mix with walnuts almonds pumpkin seeds and a few other things, sometimes greek yogurt. I do not drink.

I ordered some turinabol ( 4 boxes of 10 mg 50 pills per box) and testosterone gel 7 boxes 14 sachets ( 5 grams a piece). I have been told injections of testosterone cypionate is better as a test base but I hate needles ( I probably in a future cycle use that as a base from now on but will see). I planned on using the testogel as a base ( applying mositurizing lotion an hour after I apply the gel which I read helps with absoprtion) and just the turinabol for 6 weeks and the tesotgel for another week or 2 after I stopped the tbol .The site I ordered from actually sent me dianabol 50 pills 50 mg for free which I didn't plan on.

** I did order N2GUARD which I will take during the entire cycle and for my PCT which I may taper down to 3 - 4 pills instead of the 7 pills a day eventually after 4 - 6 weeks after the cycle. I ordered this because it seems like everyone swears by this stuff and offers alot of protection. I also have a cholesterol support supplement I currently take along with fish oil 2 times a day.

Now I am currently deciding on doing a stack with the tbol and dbol orals but I want to be careful with this.

I train 4 -5 days a week which I may change to 5 days a weeks for each body part

Friday - chest

I start with flat bench press - after warm up a set of 5 followed by a heavy set of 3 reps and then a heavy 2 rep followed by a burn out usually with 225.
After that I like to do incline dumb bell press sets of 10 increasing weight until I reach a set of 4 -5 followed again by dropping the weight down to do a burn out set.
Next I use a hammer strength machine which focuses on a wide chest press. I then go to weighted dips 3 sets to exhaustion after my warm up body weight set. Finally I like to use an incline fly machine they have at the gym which I really like.

Saturday - Back

I start with wide lat pull down warms then some wide grip pull ups to exhaustion 3 sets then back to the lat pull down 4 sets .I then go to the t row using a set of 8,6,4 after my warm up and again at the end I drop the weight again for an additional set. After this I go to the cable row 4 sets 12,10,8,6 - then do a drop set at the end. I finally go to an extreme row machine that mimics bent over rows very well same kind of rep and set scheme.

Sunday - Legs

I start out with squats. I usually do 3 - 4 heavy sets after warm up and drop it down the last set to focus on form. After squats I go to a leg press machine that mimics a front squat pretty well. I usually do 4 sets from 12,10,8,6. I then go do leg curls 3 - 4 sets 15,12,10,8. I work calves at the end.

Tuesday - Shoulders and ARMS _ which I may split in to 2 different days focusing on each like I use to do.

Shoulders - I start with over head dumb bell presses warming up then a set of 10, 8 , 6 increasing weight from week to week once I can do the set of 8 reps 10 times...
I do shoulder shrugs with the smith machine 3 -4 sets 10 - 6 reps sometimes use a barbell instead depending alsi there is a shoulder shrug machine which is pretty good. I also do side laterals with a machine, then face pulls at the end.

Arms - I start with straight bar bell curls 4 sets and like to a a set of crazy 7s at the end ( doing 7 reps partial bottom part of the curl the , 7 reps the top part of the curl then 7 full curls to finish which can be really hard) I then go to the tricep press down ( Staight bar ) 4 sets ( and have been experimenting with a crazy 7 set like the curl)
Next I go to dumbbell curls how course focusing on form sets of 4 ( 10 - 6 reps ) I follow with 2 sets of hammer curls. I then use another tricep press down with the v attachment 4 sets 10 8 6 4 reps.

I then may do may throw in an additional bicep exercise , preacher curl and another tricep exercise lying extensions

Alternate all tricep - biceps exercise back and forth

I am currently around 6 ft - 6 ft 1 218 ibs possibly 17 - 18 % bf I think.....

My goals are to get bigger and leaner, like everyone I would love to put on alot of muscle and be crazy strong and ripped, however I know that there isnt any magic pill although some people think steroids are.. I am trying to decide if I should just stick with the tbol cycle or the stack of dbol / tbol - again I didnt expect to get the dbol for free.

Any advice would be great thank you in advance for any thoughts on training, diet ect.

*** NOTE from my research the tbol has a 16 hr half like which I believe I could dose once a day and if I did the dbol stack I assume maybe I would take the dbol an hour before training for I believe it has a shorter half life of 5 - 6 hours.

Nothing to stop you lowering the doses if you start on 50mg DBol and then add TBol - for example dropping to 30mg DBol.

You think I should start with a straight up dbol cycle the first 2 weeks then switch ? I kind of think this split is a good idea - possibly getting the dbol gains with out too much water weight ? I dont want moon face I want to lean out a little and get bigger I am hoping with this split I can accomplish both and get some pretty good strength gains

no I only have the tamofen, , but I am waiting on the n2gaurd ( that doesnt have some natural AI in it ?) I also have researched that pomegranate juice and eat alot of broccoli which are natural AI's but I guess maybe I need more than that) I am waiting on the n2 gaurd that would help with that? Could I buy some sort of natural supplement for AI ? I wanted to start this friday but I want to be safe
 
I think with your physique that i would go with var or tbol over dbol
 
I've seen people get gyno issues on even 10mgs dbol it just depends
 
worst case keep an Ai on hand in case
 
you can always get blood work done and see where your estrogen is at
 
n2guard is a great supplement but shouldn't be viewed as a replacement for an AI

yeah I think I am going to go with 7 weeks tbol only on the n2guard - plus the test gel and then later in the year after I get blood work done maybe try a dbol cycle with a good AI , but with an injectable test base once I have a much leaner physique

yes I was going to update daily each training session once I start the cycle which will be friday as long as I get my N2GUARD it is on the way

so last Friday - I worked chest starting with barbell bench after warm up sets X 5 - reps@ 255 ( actually completed 4 on this one I came down funny with one rep.) , X 3 reps@ 260, X 2 reps @ 265. I am not quit back to the same strength on bench that I use to be about 30 lbs stronger but IM NOT AS FAT lol as I was when I use to do more weight so that is ok. I did 225 after this for 8 reps or so . ( I will have a written journal I use to take notes while in the gym once I start friday for now on so I can remember everything exact) . I then went to incline dumbell press after warming up I used 75 lbs each for a set of X 10 , 85 X 8 ( I think). then 95 x 4., I then did a set of 65 lb dumbell burn out maybe 10. I went to the wide grip hammer strength machine next for 4 sets . I then did weights dips after BW warm up. I did set with a 25 ibs on the weight belt , followed by a 45 lbs plates attached to the belt x 8 or so not sure again I will be exact going forward. I finally use an incline fly machine to finish the work out

Saturday - I worked back starting with wide grip pull ups after warm up. first set 11 pull ups , followed by 7, then , another 4ish . ( again I will be exact with my notes soon ),I then go back to the lat pull down and do a set at 145 ibs x10, 160 ibs x 8 , 175 x 6ish Next I used T row - starting with 2 - 45ibs plates X 10 to kind of warm up then adding another set of 3 - 45 plates , 8 times, then a set of 3 - 45's plus a 25 plate x 4 times. I then go to the cable row starting with 145 ibls to warm up , then 160lbs X 10, 175 X 8 ,195 X 6 -8 , then 205 X 5. I then go to extreme bent over row machine starting with 180 lbs ( 2 - 45 plates on each side to warm up ) , then 270ibs X 10, 365 lbs x 6 -8 maybe ? sorry I will get exact notes going forward. I finished with straight arm lat cable pull downs which is a new one for me, never tried this one before just , watched a guy with a huge back doing this one lol - so I thought I would try it seemed to focus the lats pretty good - I did 5 - 6 sets trying to figure out the right weight.

Other than that in addition to muti vitamin, ZMA, fish oil and meals I use a protein shake.

I am not on any gear yet , always been all natural but that will change friday.....
I hope to surpass my old strength level when I was at my strongest naturally but with a much leaner physique . I have been slowly trimming down over the past few months. I think my bf might be 17 % I was 217 on the scale sunday with my gym shoes on im around 6 ft tall I have been slowing trimming down and getting stronger some what of a body recomposition which I hope to greatly improve once I get on my first ever cycle!!!!!!!! I am excited thanks for the help from everyone so far more to come

and you feel it on the cardio? when will that start :)

Other than that in addition to muti vitamin, ZMA, fish oil and meals I use a protein shake.

I am not on any gear yet , always been all natural but that will change friday.....
I hope to surpass my old strength level when I was at my strongest naturally but with a much leaner physique . I have been slowly trimming down over the past few months. I think my bf might be 17 % I was 217 on the scale sunday with my gym shoes on im around 6 ft tall I have been slowing trimming down and getting stronger some what of a body recomposition which I hope to greatly improve once I get on my first ever cycle!!!!!!!! I am excited thanks for the help from everyone so far more to come

BUFFALO STEAK post work out meal

Did Shoulders and arms - starting with overhead DB press had to use the chair I dont like kinda went easy on shoulders , warm up 35's lb x 10, 50 x 10, 65 x 10, 75 x 8 , 90 x 4, then back down to 75 x 8 . The straight barbell curls warm up 50 x 10, 80 x 10 - then , 90 x 10 , 100 x 10, 110 x 10 trying best form. tricep press down with attachment I dont like but alot of people in gym with short straight bar warm up 60 x 10, 80 x 10 , 90 x 10 - then 100 x 10, 110 x 6 went went , focused on hold set at bottom of press for a few seconds - this is a different attachment so weights different but felt I worked triceps pretty good. Next shoulder side lateral machine ( still need to write down journal to get exact weights will by friday when on gear). Next db curls warm up 40 lb x 10 on each arm, then 50 x 8 on each arm , 55 x 8 on each arm, dropped down to 50 lb x 8 on each arm , then hammer curls 2 sets 55 lbs x 8 each arm, then 50 x 8 each arm. The should shrugs with barbell 225 x 10 , 275 x 10, 315 x 10 ( 2 sets ) , then barbell with 60 lbs crazy 7s - 7 partial bottom of curl, 7 top part of curl then 7 full ones. Next V press down focused slow to hold at bottom of lift 60 x 8ish, 70 x 5ish back to 60 x 8ish holding to flex at bottom. Did face pulls and tricep pull down with rope also then I had to get out of there kinda had to rush at the end. I need get exact notesfrom my journal from now on - I havent started any gear yet will friday for the first time but I felt really good and pumped at end of this work out . I have been back at it seriously for the past 3 months after a long lay off I can see Im more vascular in my arms and they seems to be growing can actually see some veins in my biceps when im curling I have been losing some weight and building muscle which is awesome I hope once I start the cycle it will really kick this into gear!

Diet : I start each morning with 2 scrambled eggs and a protein smoothie with bananas cherries blue berries rasberry ect adding in polmegranite juice sometimes. I eat alot of white rice along with bison only now for red meat, spinach salad ( carrots tomatoes in it low fat ranch dressing) and broccoli. I eat chicken wings only with my air fryer but also white rice and broccoli with the salad too. For lunch at work I honestly just have a turkey sandwhich or 2 with a good mutilgrain bread light mayo. I also go to joybowl and have raw salmon with white rice and tomatoes spinach and broccoli with yum yum sauce lol This is pretty much my diet. I do not drink at all and drink alot of water of course. I drink protein shakes in between meals and a few other snack throughout the day when I get hungry that consist of RX BARS which have egg whites peanuts dates in it and also trail mix with walnuts almonds pumpkin seeds and a few other things, sometimes greek yogurt, this is pretty much my diet. I do not have exact calories down or exact carbs but I have been slowly trimming down and getting stronger over the past 2 - 3 months alot due to muscle memory factor since I was a lifter coming back after a lay off. I may throw some chicken breast in there -

I havent been doing cardio but I have been able to do a slight body recomp, I will start some cardio with incline walking on the treadmill nothing to crazy I know I need to give my body rest too

I got the N2GUARD delivered today. I am starting the turinabol 40 mg and testosterone gel friday - should I take the N2Gaurd 2 - 3 hours later after I take the tbol pills? I read I should separate the liver support supplements a few hours after taking orals is that right? I planned on taking the tbol dose in the morning once a day with my breakfast for it has the long 16 hr half life. I will be applying the test gel in the morning and putting on some lotion on the area about 30 min - hr later to help it absorb better. Anyone have any thoughts ? Is this the best plan to take this? This is my first ever cycle so just wanted to know what everyone thought.. Thanks in advance

I grabbed the gel because I had a friend years ago that used it alone and was successful building muscle with it - idk what dosage he used but that was all he used nothing else. It's also my first ever cycle and I was unsure about injections ,I wasnt even sure of what gauge needles to use and how to take it. This was before I found this site with all this info and all you guys that are so helpful, and willing to teach people to do it the correct way with everyone's health in mind. I plan on using injections in the future for any testosterone base..

on the gel, its fine, but gel is hard to use, very hard
if you want to use gel, take shower scrub site and apply gel to DRY area
but injections way better, you can just do 1/2 ml into the shoulder easy or glute

so the directions on the tbol and website I purchased from says to divide doses 3 times a day? you think I should spread it out over the day ? Or tkae all 40 mg of the tbol one time in the morning ? -since half life is 16 hrs

I was wondering what everyone thought . I will be taking 40 mg of tbol per day , should I split the dose between the morning and evening ? Or just take it all one time in the morning since it has a long 16 hr half, not sure it would make a difference

20mgs AM and 20mgs preworkout for tbol and on non training days go with 20mgs pm
