I've got a recurring craving for raw tuna.  I assume its a primal vitanutrient need.  My favorite tuna treat is slicing it thin like sashimi minus the rice, I dip it in ponzu sauce littered with thinly sliced scallions.  Its really tasty..Its an $8.00 treat that would cost double that if I bought it professionally done..
