my element sarms gw - s4 12 week log

Hey guys I'm I just got my 3 bottles of gw aswell as s4. I'm not sure if you can mention companies but I'll abbreviate it just in case "ES". It's a new company from what I see and haven't found much of anything on them and got a a killer deal.
Anyways I have never ran any sarms before so this will be a first for me but I have done a test teen cycle 2 years ago and another test/deca/eq cycle a year and a half ago which left me around 212 lbs at % 11 body fat. After my lady got pregnant I've been out of the gym for the last year and started a few weeks ago. I'm now 185 at % 13 body fat so obviously I've lost a very good amount of mucle.

I will be starting this stack today or tomorrow. I'm a little scared of the vision issues so I'm going to start out at
S4 40 mg split
Gw 20 split

I see alot of incomplete logs so I want to make this as good as I can. I have my own skin fold tester so I'll measure myself and take a couple pictures before I begin if pictures are allowed here.

As far as pct go's everyone says clomid and hcgenerate. If I bought the liquid comidex I think it's called and used it with unleashed would that work alright? Hcgenerate is insanely pricey but if you experts think it's advised I will go ahead and get the Es version while it's on sale
 
Honestly the vision thing isn't that bad, it just seems like every now and then one eye gets really blurry, I find it happens more when I'm just wondering off.....
 
only sides i got from s4 was a little acne and trouble adjusting from light to dark but no yellow tint or anything.
 
so I did my first does of s4 and gw and hour before my workout today dosing at 10mg gw and 20mg s4. when I opened up the package of the gw it was very cloudy and had massive chunks in it. I was a little scared to take it so I quickly sent a messege to "ES" and they got back to me instantly on why its clumpy. and I also had a question as to the fill amount on the bottles because they are all different fill levels, the person insured to me that they are all 30 ml and some of the bottles contain more then others. After doing some reading I feel pretty good seeing the gw so chunky and cloudy, I read all it takes is a quick warm bath and a shake to get it all to mix up. I was impatient so I shook it and just took the dose. anyways onto my first day on it!

initially the taste is pretty bad, kind of like taking a shot of 100 proof vodca lol, but for both of them I had my rat keep it under his tongue for a few seconds.
I don't know if its just placebo but after rat consumed he felt instantly more awake with alot more energy.
in the gym he felt he had alot more energy aswell and was able to kill bis and a little legs

my legs were done after that short workout so definitely alot of work to do on them. ill do a skin fold test tomorrow when I dont have a pump and take some pictures.

im unsure if it was stupid of me not to run osta aswell, as im trying to cut and get back some of the muscle I lost should I have went ahead and got osta aswell?
 
second day on and dont feel much different. I upped s4 to 50mg, how long should it take to see/feel s4/gw? I felt tired all day today and got a huge headache not sure if that due to the sarms or do to being lazy on my first day off in 2 weeks. it was a rest day from the gym but I decided to take my other dose of s4/gw and go for a run. was only able to do 3/4ths of a mile around the track due to really sore legs. hopefully I can get my tree trunks back in shape soon so I can see some gains!
I really hope element sarms is legit, ill be running this stack for a full 12 weeks so time will tell!
 
i would most definatly add ostarine. s4 is more of a androgen and isnt very anabolic so if you want to maintain more muscle or even build new muscle you would be best to add osta or even lgd4033. rad140 would probably be good too but we are still relatively new to its abilities but im sure EF would love someone else to log it.
 
yeah, 12 weeks is the reccomended length. i have i log on osta and s4 if you want to check it out.
 
Hey guys I'm looking to add hcgenerate to take while cycling but it would be hell of exspensive to use for 3 months plus another month for pct is there any cheaper options?
 
Day 3
Nothing special about last night's workout. Felt very weak but think that's due to being way to under calories. I'm going to the store to get some food to prepare my meals. What kind of cals should I be eating on this stack? My goal is to gain at least 5 lbs of muscle but drop from % 13 to % 9-10.
I'm also looking into maybe adding prami into the mix soon. And have a bottle of aciar I'm debating on also throwing in there
 
So today's day 4 and I'm not sure but I seem a tiny bit leaner and I definitely feel a tad bit harder. Diets been %100 good today can't wait till this s4 kicks in completely and my legs heal so I can test out endurence
 
Day 5
Didn't work out us to some fighting with with the lady. but all day I've been very vascular! I definitely feel and look leaner! I'll get an u dated weight tomorrow
 
I am also using element sarms osta and S4, with gw from southern sarms. 17 days in and feeling pumped..... you should add osta.
 
Finally going to get to work out today pretty excited. Even without doing much besides walking around a zoo all day I feel a hit leaner. No joke feels like I'm $1 bf leaner I'll check it when I get home. I can definitely feel the s4 from element sarms but I'm not sure I feel the gw at all. The s4 gives me like this sense of well being and lifts my mood a little. When I take my gw at night with the s4 feels like I have pressure in my head almost like a headache that might come just not there yet. As far as weight changes and strengths I'll report back tonight after my workout. Osta will be in the mix tomorrow and the day after
 
I got my osta in this morning and wanted to take it while st work but not sure how big the dropper is. I'd assume 2 ml but not sure. Maybe I'll just wait till I get home and measure it properly
 
Day 6

I'm actually in the gym right now and the update is pretty incredible. I have seen a massive improvement so far. I am very vascular in my workout and lot more then normal throughout the day. I feel alot harder then normal. I haven't noticed any side effects besides being really tired in the mornings and having strange dreams. The scale said I've gained 2 lbs. I'm at 186.8 up from 184.8 and I feel a whole lot leaner where when flexed I can see almost all 4 abs. Everywhere in my body gets very lean when I cut but around my lower stomach. I'll do a body fat measure on day 8 in the morning to conclude the first weeks log.

And also osta came in this morning! If I'm feeling this way off 6 days of s4 and gw what the hell am I going to feel in 2 months...

I used to dumbell press the 130 on flat and 120 on incline a year and a half ago
When I started again a little over a month ago I was way down to 70 and 60. Back up to 100 flat and 80 incline. For some reason I have an easier time doing dumbells then barbell. I think it's because I'm all arms. My bis and tris have always been able to get massive. Always I'll do a follow up part two on this log when I finish do some cardio and head home

Didn't do any cardio after my workout yesterday due to weather being to cold for the lady and baby to be outside waiting for me. But definitely a very good workout non the less.

I actually do notice some sides so far.
1 . definitely more pressure in my head, feels like it causes sinus problems. Not horrible but definitely not I cable

2. Yellow tint has kicked in, everything's kind of a soft yellow tint but not all the time. In Some lights I notice it more. I don't know if it's because I was taking my s4 at 8-8:30 am and then again before the gym around 4-5 pm and the half life's were overlapping.

3. I have started taking s4 at 8pm. And normally go to sleep around 10pm, I notice I sleep extremely deeply. Have been getting very vivid dream extremely random dreams.

4.s4 seems to add a nice since if wellbeing. Uplifts my mood a little and for some reason able to be more positive. Definitely helps with me and the lady

These are a few things I've noticed so far. I didn't think gw was doing anything till my workout yesterday. It was kind of like that feeling of your first time taking the original jack 3d the shit I think had meth in it, felt like it. But taking 3 scoops. My rest time was definitely decreased. I would say 30sec-1min long rest and wasn't breathing hard or sweating alot. It gave me this feeling where I'm staring at my bicep like yeah yeah let's rep this and my biceps looks at me and is like dude! I cant!

Anyways that's some things I've noticed so far. All in all this is a great stack. I'm looking foward to how far I get with this stack. Like I said I'll have a bf update tomorrow on day 8
 
i use half a dropper of osta, i compared the dropper with a dropper that has markings and half way equals 25mg. stack is good got the pumped feeling all day, can see some size being added. i dose gw all 20mg half hour before i hit the gym 4pm.
 
not feeling any pressure, and i am not having any notciable vision sides. allergy season is coming maybe thats the cause. might give the rad140 a try sounds interesting.
 
Been busy but hit the gym so here's update

Day 7
Second day on osta and not sure how fast this is supposed to kick in but holy crap I had some good strength. Did 5 sets of dead lifts stopping at 275 for 8 reps. To give a comparison I had trouble doing 225 2 weeks ago but then again I was just fresh back in the gym. So hard to tell how much of that was the s4 or osta this time around. Anyways ended up doing about 20 sets on back yesterday and a couple sets of squats with a mile run after.
What absolutely blows my mind is this gw! No freaking joke 20 mg before the workout makes me just go beast mode in the gym! Backs completely destroyed!


Day 8
OK so as promised I measured my bf before working out and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or not because sometimes I get 12 and sometimes 13. In the mirror I'd say I look leaner and definitely alot harder fuller looking. Since starting osta I have alot of bloating so it's hard to judge.
I weighed in at 187 today so no big change there.
Anyways onto the workout

Again gw totally blew my mind. Idk if it because element sarms gave me this cloudy chunky godly stuff or if this is how gw is . But took my dose today with only a half scoop of c4 pre workout and holy freaking crap I was total beast mode in the gym. tri super sets for bis, tris, legs. About 16 sets of each with about a min rest in between. Totally mind blowing the strength, rest recovery, and pump. Looked like a beast.
16 sets of each into 110 lb shoulder dumbell shrugs for 4 sets. Workout took around 50 mins. Could not believe how much I did and it wasn't like super setting made me so tired I had no strength. The strength was there the whole time and kept increasing weights

So in conclusion of my first week.
S4 is definitely working wonders, I do experience the yellow tint, but only sometimes. And I get headaches before bedtime but that could be sinus problems.
Gw definitely works, it's a beast of a product and highly recommend.
And osta, is it working? Idk really I have increased strength but is it due to the s4? I definitely have some bloating.
The osta doesn't taste as bad as the others and is more clear the the other aswell. So I'm kind of worried it's not osta but I guess we will see.
Everyone said wait 2 weeks mostly to see results well honestly results were seen the third day, so far element sarms are living up to there word

I don't experience the quicker recovery yet from the osta. Deadlifts the other day still got me walking funny. But I'm not sure what to expect yet as I've only experienced the AAS workout one day be healed the next lol
 
Day 9

Today I weighed in at 189.4 so I'm up 5 lbs from the start and up 3.5lbs from three start of osta. I do feel more bloated so maybe osta adds some water weight. Today I did calves, shoulders, abs and exsplosive jumps all triple sets. Endurence is intense but I had a bad headache and have been getting bad headache for a few days. Today when working out I got up from doing Muslims and blacked out for a couple secs and almost passed out.

My question is this due to not eating enough? I definitely consume enough water. Or is this due to Consuming to much caffeine? Or is it the compounds. It would be nice if someone could chime in on this as these headaches are holding me back. And idk if I'm pushing myself to hard.

Other then that I pushed through the pain and had a killer 1 hour workout. My body's pretty drained I'm going to try to just do a little bit of cardio tomorrow and take a rest/refuel day

I eat pretty clean all day but I don't have a meal plan laid out but I have all the food for it just not sure how to do it

I had permanent damage with SERMS and it's been 2.5 years colors and patterns are still all jacked up 😬
 
Dang really? That's a pretty bad side effect. Kinda scares me from doing a cycle of this myself. Is there a way to minimize this by lowering dosage?

Dude seriously! That scares the crap out of me bro. The sides are normally at night or in dark places. I'm thinking I'm either sensitive or element sarms s4 is over dosed a bit
 
try using S4 during the week and take weekends off. i have seen posts where some have used this dosing protocol and have reduced the sides. i am using element S4 and dont really notice the effect that much.
 
I'll try doing that thank you. I haven't taken anymore then the 50 mg a day I must be sensitive to this stuff. I know me and a couple buddies ran our test tren cycle and I was the only one that broke out and had every bad side there was but I also grew the most and got the most out of it. How many days in are you?
 
Day 11

Worked out but wasn't able to push myself to the limit. For some reason I had little strength probably due to lower carbs and everything already being sore. Did a couple sets of bis and traps and ran a quick 3/4 mile. Yellow tint getting more noticeable, more bloated, gw still works amazing. Scale says I'm 188.6 so no big movement there


Day 12

Had a really good workout today, got a little depressed looking in the mirror and not feeling like I'm getting to much leaner probably due to bad food and little cardio. So I did triple sets today. Hammer curls, shoulder flys, and mixed it with some cardio doing exsplosive jumps x10. Next did regular curls with 3 sets of 40 burpee push ups. Followed workout with 2 miles on the track
 
started my osta and S4 on the 6th, taking weekends off (S4 only). using elements gw 25mg a day, s4 50 mg/day split am and pm, and gw 20mg right before the gym.
 
Day 13

Worked out back and tris today. Starting with 5 sets of dead lifts
145 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 8
305 x 5

Puts me at a new pr since starting to workout again. Month ago I had trouble doing a few reps of 225. So either the osta, s4 had something to do with this huge strength gain or muscle memory. Either way I love it. I feel like I'm getting huge upper body and some legs but the scales not moving much, weighed in at 188 but don't really feel leaner, my lady says I am but I used the caliber I bought and measured a 15% bf. When I started I measured 13% but I wasn't knowing how to use it well? So those numbers have me down and I'm working on making my perfect carb cycling meal plan. I'm also going to stop taking s4 for two days and then continue again. I might start doing 5 days on 2 off but up the dose of days on to 70 mg and see what happens. My goal was to lose bf on the stack and so far seems like I'm getting bigger and definitely stronger which isn't a bad thing but not that 8 pack I want!

Anyways stop blabbering now..
Intensity is insane on this stack, this gw is amazing. Today I wasn't so sore and felt fresh and we'll fed. I was a beast in the gym, it's like you push your self till your hearts besting out of your chest doing supersets and tri sets rest for literally 30 secs and your back at it. After intense lifting I had energy to jog 5 miles but sadly couldn't do cardio because the lady and baby needed to get home :/. There's a new little gym at my apartments opening Monday and I'm going to start hitting 30 mins or more of low intensity cardio in the morning.

Should I split Gw 10 am and 10 pm? Or save gw for lifting?
 
I did 8 weeks of LGD at the start of last year and I actually got pretty good gains. Literally exactly the same as a cycle of test. Only downside was I always felt tired and lethargic on it. Im guessing that would be from being shut down and having no test coming in. It also gave me mouth ulcers, they were bearable just a pain in the ass. In the end over the 8 weeks I gained about 5kg and body fat didn't move.
 
nice progress on the otsa,s4 cylce. definately feel pumped up all day and the s4 is giving the hardening effect. the end of may will be the end of the cycle i am sure i will be beach ready, just need to try and keep the diet in check.
 
Yeah same here. I've read pretty much if your over on cals you still lose a little bf and gain. If your way under cals same thing so idk if it matters how many cals you consume. I don't think this is a get ripped stack but more of a body recomp no matter what your cals are
 
Day 14

Skipped last night and this mornings dose of s4 and seemed to help the sides a bit. I took 35 mg pre workout with my gw. Did legs and a couple triple sets of bis, tris, and chest. New pr for back squat of 275 x 6. I know it's not the best in the gym but I was having trouble with 225. My thoughts on this stack are not that it's amazing for cutting or anything. It's amazing for workout intensity and god the strength gains are incredible. If I've got this much progress I. Just 14 days what's day 90 going to be like? I picked up 60 lbs and was able to do 8 reps of hammers. I have had that strength since I was on test deca and eq.. this s4 is amazing for tendons. I use to sit there and have to hold my arms up because my tendons hurt so much from heavy lifting, now I don't have this pain. I wasn't looking for these effects of the stack but so far it's incredible and enjoying it greatly
 
skipping the S4 over the weekend in my opinion wont really affect your end goal and you can stretch out the cycle a bit more. sides are minimum for me.
 
i didnt get any sides on s4 until 75mg a day and they were bearable until i went to a music festival where all the flashing light got really annoying so i suppose it luck of the draw. however my side's stayed for about 3 days after stoping my s4 cycle so for me 2 days off likely would have done anything. i ran s4 ed
 
s4 sides were not noticeable to me. out of curiosity I did my 50mgs over the weekend too and side were slightly noticeable. this was good news because I drive at night and was worried about the s4 effect on night vision.
 
i didnt see much improvement in the gym or in gains on 75mg maybe just some extra vascularity and hardness. probs will stay at 50mg if i run again and only bump up for a few days if i want to look good for something
 
50 mg is plenty for me. My night vision is very bad. Walked back from the gym with my lady at night and couldn't see a thing unless it was close to a street light. When I wake up at night to take a pissed and open my eyes I have like dark spots on my vision kinda hard to explain. But if I'm getting them this bad off 50 mg I'm not even interested in seeing what they would be on more then 50.

Anyways update
Day 15

Didn't workout had a rest day, but piggy out on some good Mexican food had a little 18 hour fast to make up for a little of it. Still working on putting my carb cycling plan together when ever I get free time

Weighed in at 193.4???

Really noticed an increase in strength. Did dead lifts went from 275 to 315 this week so definitely a good increase I'm strenth. Workouts are getting alot more intense and my body is definitely responding. Did no cardio was too tired

Day 16

weighed in at 189

I completely destroyed chest, felt like I was just a monster in the gym ended up doing about 24 sets of chest mixing it with some super sets of bis, even at the end of my workout my bis were incredibly strong but in so much pain. Only did 2 laps around the track

Day 17

Weighed in at 188

Insanely tired, body feels completely worn out. Went to work and knocked down weeds in the mountain's on a slope for about 4 hours. Was able to get through the days but I'm noticing that I'm a lot more tired lately. Anyways went to the gym and did a few supersets of shoulders, tris and abs but didn't have to much strength for some reason. I don't know if I'm not eating enough but I haven't wanted to Eat to much more because I'm having trouble dropping my bf. After my workout went out on the track and ran 9 laps straight which is a new record. I don't notice the gw like carrying me through it, I still had to push hard to make it but It was definitely a little easier. I wish the bf would come off. Seems like I'm gaining weight instead
 
Day 18

Did no lifting gave my body some good rest. But I did go to the track, ran 2 miles without being winded at all felt like I could have went 2 more easily. And I'm not a runner at all. I do have a question would it be better to take my pm dose of s4 before a workout? I've been doing it at 8pm when I normally workout around 4-5 and take my morning dose at 8am. I've been also noticing like some brain foggy kind of lethargic feeling in the mornings. As far as gains go my cardio is way up and strength has increased a good amount weight is at a steady 191 now so that's about 6.5 lbs gain in 3 weeks. Don't expect that to be all muscle due to unstable diet. But I don't look fatter at all
 
I think it is best to use S4 before the gym, but thats just my opinion. I take it about an hour before i workout.
 
I'm going to start doing that, it makes more sense and it's said to take am and pm I kind of just thought 12 hour apart but it has such a short half life that it makes more sense to use it before a workout because what would it do just going to sleep while it's peaking lol

Day 22

After some nice rest days and refeeding a little to much to be honest i switched s4 dose to 1 hr before workout to take with gw. Today was intense for me, new pr's for chest and bis today (well since starting to workout after over a year break, those pr's are still quite a bit more). My dumbell bench press is now up to 105 each side for 6 reps. I really want to get back to the 120's before this cycle is over and I don't see why I couldn't it's going amazing. I did db press flat and incline for 4 sets each and then started super setting chest with bis. This stack is actually blowing my mind, honestly I have to say I'm liking this better then my test tren stack. I mean test tren is amazing and you feel like a god but I mean I like it better in line strength wise. Since starting to workout I've made sure to do slow full complete reps and god I feel the strength on this stack, the energy to just keep going and going. The strength doesn't leave till your muscles are just hurting it's absolutely insane! Biceps I was able to rep the 60 lbs for 8 reps for 3 sets. Normally used 50-55. So another pr for me.

OK not only did I set prs in my hour and 20 min workout bit for cardio as well. Went out to the track and ran 12 laps (3 miles) I know it's not insanely impressive for most of you but to give you an idea what this stack dose I was at 8 laps 5 days ago and 2 weeks ago struggled with 4. Dramatically improved. My goal was to get to 3 miles before I started doing hiit. So hopefully I'll start seeing more gains to come! I'm looking great, low energy in the morning but other then that feel amazing
 
Day 23

Woke up early and did 30 mins of fasted cardio. Went to the beach with my lady and ended up having a cheat meal. Didn't end up working out but had an hour cardio session with the lady ;). I don't have a problem with libido at all but I ordered liquid cia just in case. So it came in and decided to try it and holy crap. Talk about horny and stiff as heck, stuff is amazing haha. I'll save the rest if I ever need it.

I have some armidex aswell that came in and was thinking of dosing it at .5 mg every 3 days now that I'm a couple weeks into my osta use. Is this a good idea?

depends, some people are sensitive yo estrogen and others arent. i ran 10 weeks of osta and s4 and didnt need an AI, had bloods done pre, during and post cycle and estrogen was perfect.

I'm thinking I'm not either eating enough or my estrogen is higher because I've been feeling so drained. Or maybe my body wasn't ready for all this change just getting back into working out
 
Day 24

Felt drained and lethargic most of the day. Looked very lean and hard aswell. Went to the gym for some back and the strength was kind of there. Worked up to 315 dead lifts and did those 4x5 tried to do 365 but my energy and strength was just not here today. I worked in some bus with my back but idk what it is I just couldn't go all out today and it really got to me. Is this a sign of not eating enough?
 
So did the central vision dark spot finally disappear? I have exactly the same side. Was taking S4 at 75 mg/day for 4 weeks and got that dark spot. Still have it 3 days after stopping S4.
