Well ive got it planned out to where i eat one breakfast and dinner M, W,and F, and another T, TH, and SA. I also have some snacks mixed uplike almonds, or ANPB, or a piece of fruit, but im only 21 and im just getting my own place so im not used to eating a certain diet everyday. Its gonna be hard lol
yes sleap is important. so is food. you need enough of both. if the time is available to you to get enough sleap there is no way to argue that breaking the sleap for food and real food is the way to go for at least 1 of the 2 meals is best. accept it or not but its the truth. now the bulking cutting game. a body will grow muscles bigger and faster if it grows fat with the muscle. i am not saying to go up to 50%bf but having a gut from eating shit loads of protein carbs and fat vs. a lesser amount of all and doing little or no cardio (because its counter productive) is the more effective roubt. can clean bulking be done? yes but it will take longer to reach a smaller muscle size. if you are looking to grow larger muscles than you have than put some weight on and save the depletion cardio shit for a few months before a comp. or summer or whatever.
so i will agree with any one that says you dont need to get up to eat and i will also say that if it prevents you from getting enough sleap then you shouldnt get up buy to say that breaking your sleap for food is not a better choice is an uneducated statement. its proven. it works. that 8-10 hours you rely on that little bit of whey and casein is only 1 meals worth of protein. and fat. it is holding every one that does it back. it is one big fast. slowing down your digestive system with caseins and fat just means that you body stays starving for nutrients. have i made my point yet. lol if you have the time and are dedicated get up and eat. stop starving yourself all night and see how much better you grow.
Got it joe, so have a casein before bed and wake up and have more casein? Then in the morning have 50g whey with fruit, RUN (Just HIIT 15-20 minutes 3x a week) and then a big breakfast and a lot of meals and shakes till i go to bed and start all over again?
