My dbol and test cypinate cycle. 1-4, 1-10 weeks.

I'm going to start my cycle on May 2nd(monday)

Here's the plan:

500mg of test a week. Monday- 250mg then thursday 250mg for 10 weeks. Week 1-3 or 4, dbol 20 or 30mg will see if i need to bump it up or not. Week 13 start pct, clomid 40 ED for two weeks, then I bust out the nolva 20mg ED for 2 weeks. I might use the nolva before the clomid if gyno symptoms present itself after cycle is over.

I don't know how the dbol will effect me in anyway but I hope its all the pro's than the con's.

I'm going to continue on my upper and lower split rountine, which gives 2 days for my muscle to recover from intense lifting.

So 2 on and 1 off, repeat.

My diet is going to be the tricky part because of my schedule of work and school but also with living with a family that craves junk food. Consuming the 4000 clean calories is my goal. :jenscat

Wish me luck on producing atleast 10 lbs of muscle at the end of my cycle. Will show a picture Before i begin on monday and will continue to show more on every three or four weeks.
 
Was having difficulty with obtaining some 21 gauge pins from my guy but i have it now and I started the cycle at 12:59pm. 1cc of test cypionate and 10mg of dbol. Will take another 10mg of dbol later today. I've change my mind on posting up pictures because its more of a hassle for me.
 
well second day and i think its better to take my dbol dosage all at once on one time of day instead of splitting, i think it would benefit me more if I did that instead of having a steady level in my blood with dbol. not much happenning just got to give a few more days.

Well just shot myself up yesterday and I feel more of a pump today was also able to apply more sets to my compound exercise, so far so good. I did boost the dbol by another 10mg so total 30mg and I'm planning to bring it back, where I split the dosage into seperate times because I think I felt some itching on my nipples or it could be all in my head, but i rather be safe than sorry, so I'm keeping watch on that. Man I fuking hate doing squats they just feel really uncomfortable when I do it, the good thing though is since the weather over here is getting better I can finally go outside and do some sprints. For me sprints feel like I'm really working out all of my lower body. On my last cycle I think I tore or maybe cause some fracture on my shins by overtraining my legs by running,I had a hard time jogging, which prevented me from increasing my lower body strength. Anybody experience that sharp or buring pain as well?

PS. I'll actually post some pictures when I do get the chance to.

I really got fix my diet, because it makes my physique look bad and it slows down my performance in playing sports. I end up feeling slugish. Since I can't really cut calories right now, I would just have to continue with loading up on them. Before I took the picture I had my meal which contain a peanut butter sandwich and a big bowl of broccoli and 3 pieces of chicken but it was breaded.
 
Right on man! Nice snaps! You hairy bastard! lol :D Well that's great! So you are holding some fat.. yes.. and cleaning up the diet will help you out for sure... sports, and otherwise.

How tall are you, and how much do you weigh?

What's your diet gunna look like? or how do you want it too look? and what sort of job do you have?

Also... the family/junk food thing is tough... just gotta stay strong brother... :)
 
I'm around 5'8 or 5'9. I weight about 175 right now but i think 3 pounds has to do with the water retention from the dbol and test. I use to work as a package handler but I just recently quit. I use to work at 3:45am, so i would eventually get craving for something to eat when i got home but then i also had to sleep before going to school. My eating and sleeping habits is all out of whacked, I want to consume enough calories to grow but I don't want to go over board and gain too much fat. I want a clean good diet but I need maybe some guidance in what i can eat and not. I have my morning diet set but for afternoon lunch etc.. i do not know.

Morning: a bowl of oatmeal, banana, eggs, two loaf of multi grain bread. 30 minutes after that I would have a cup of coffee.
 
Man I don't understand I'm having a tuff time running, the shins are the first thing to give out when running or even jog. Right now I weight about 178 and I'm able to lift a little heavier now. The good news is, I still got about maybe 8 and half weeks more to even progress.
 
Dude you need to get your diet straightened out if you want to reach your goals. I'm talking macros man. And if your looking to lean up a bit while packing on some muscle I would drop down to 3500 cals.
 
I rather just keep my calorie intake up while on. I'll drop my calorie intake when I'm done with my cycle and just focus on cutting at that point. My progression is going good, strength is going up each time I workout.
 
Sounds good bro, what ever your goals are go for them. I would still take 15 minutes if you have not already and get a ball park idea of what macros you should be trying to hit even while your bulking. I guarentee if you can nail your diet + keep working hard on this cycle you will get amazing gains beacuse I did the same one but with Test E in the winter and kept a solid 15lbs of muscle. Keep the log coming and good luck man!
 
Don't drop them after your cycle... you'll lose all your gains... Samue is right though... you have to tinker with your diet, to get the most out of things... and recomp your body...

Go to Fitday.com and plug your daily amounts in... you're likely eating too many carbs... try hitting up a 40/30/30 or 50/20/30 style diet instead..
 
I'm almost able to max out in all of my compound exercise from my cable machine, after I do max out I'll just concentrate more on my isolation sets. Right now I'm 181 pounds and my strength is now increasing slowly. I guess I must of hit my gentic potential or maybe I'm not eating enough protein.
 
Could be not enough protein.. or just not enough calories in general... What's yer diet like? Typically? If you're 181... and you wanna grow... then your BW x 18 is 3200. x 20 is 3620... so 4000 MIGHT be over kill... but should work... So lets see...

4000 calories @ 50/20/30 is:

500g Protein 200g Carbs 130g Fat

That equals: 3970 calories... PLENTY to grow on... and LOTS of protein...

Here is a 4000 calorie diet with those macros: (plug it all into Fit day, and adjust if you wanna change things around)

Breakfast:

3 scoop(s), 100% Whey Gold Standard
1 cup, Quaker Oats
0.5 cup, Berries


10:00am:

12 Large Whole Egg(s)
1 cup, Spinach (cooked)
0.5oz, Almonds

Lunch:

12oz, Chicken Breast (no skin)
1 cup, Broccoli (raw)
1oz, Almonds

3:30pm:
2 Cans of Tuna
1 stalk(s), Celery (raw)
1 tbsp, Olive Oil

6:00pm (Post workout):

3 scoop(s), 100% Whey Gold Standard
1 Banana(s) (1 medium)
0.5 oz, Raisins

9:00pm:

11oz, Chicken Breast (no skin)

man its really tuff eating that much protein, most of it is coming from my protein shake. I'm going to stop using dbol because it looks like i might have some puffy nipples forming. Can I finish the rest of the dbol at the last two weeks of my cycle or should i just save it for my next cycle? I still got six more weeks to go. I've been alternating from 20mg to 30 mg a day for the past 4 weeks. progression so far is good, what blows is that I don't have a squat stand, because of this I'm only able to squat maybe 100 pounds from just lifting the bar from the ground and laying it on my back. I hope I'm still able to progress if I atleast do maybe like 10 sets of 20 reps or so.
 
send those dbols this say ;)

dbols will cause bloat. an anti-e like a-dex or aromasin can help keep that down and protect you from gyno.

you running any anti-es?
 
strange, I've had trouble posting on this thread or on this forum, it would always ask me for my login and password even after i already did.

Well anyways this past week I was sick, I gotten a flu and my progression was at a halt. Luckily though I recover yesterday and I was able to go back where I left off. I weight about 184 lbs and my upper back or neck is starting to ache more from all the lateral extension or lat pulldown at 210 pounds , the limit on my machine is 222 and I'm almost there to reach it and when I do reach it, it will allow me to focus on my bicep curls and other muscle group. I'm going to change my split routine into a full body workout within two or three week , so i can condition my body to properly use these new added muscle together for athletic mobility. I got to go purchase more protein powder and food so I'll be back to post within next week of my progression and possibly a picture, see ya.

Man you can do so much with your diet bro. You really need to PM RADAR on here. The man is a master with diet. He could have you looking sharp bro. I mean really sharp in no time.
You def look a little bit more muscualr but your really need to get your diet in check. Then you would get nociced.

I'm going to start again with the dbol and just finish the remaining ones i have. I'm going to change my routine and go to do a full body workout and then just train EOD. I'm having problems eating correctly because school right now. two classes which are 4 hours long, together 8.
 
I think the full bod workout will work very well for you bro. Post up what you decide to do for your workouts plz. Then we can help you tweak it. Good luck.
 
Well tomorrow training will let me know if i can do EOD workouts to see if im able to recover that quick and still progress. If it doesn't seem like I can't improve than I'll go back to giving the muscle atleast 2 days of rest again. Now I could easily trim down by running, which is the main evercise that really helps me do that, but I keep getting shin splits. I went to DOC and he told me that my arches has fallen and I now have flat feet. He says I can rebuild it but i didn't want to go to a specailaist that he refered me too see, to show me how to workout the arch. I did not want to pay a couple of hundred dollars for some guy to show me some exercise which i could easily obtain from the internet. My question is, Does anybody here know those exercise or a website that I can check out for exercising the arch? In the meantime, I'm going to buy some arch support insoles and possibly look for another shoes to deal with this issue. I've done the fullbody workout but its too exhausting especially the next day I feel drain but I'm going to see what happens tomorrow, laterz.
 
Hey bro plz post your full body workout. At your age you should not be having trouble recovering from it. Again diet has a lot to do with that. BTW very nice progression from your first pics to the single one of you.

210 lbs 5 sets of 10 reps,
222 lbs 3 sets of 3 reps

Biceps curl
36 lbs 4 sets of 8 reps.

Military Press

165 6 sets of 7 reps.

Bench Press or Press Arm, which is called on my machine.

212 lbs 4 sets of 5 reps.

tricep pull down

103 lbs 3 sets of 8 reps

Dips

186 pounds of my body weight about 15 reps of 3 sets.

Tuesday- lower body workout

crunches, 3 sets of 12 reps

leg lever, 3 sets of 9

squats 100 lbs 5 sets of 12 reps.

sprint for 10 mintues but after that I usually just end my workout because of the shin splits.

lunges , I do as much until my legs are completely exhausted.

Wednesday - rest

thursday upper body

friday lower body

saturday rest.
sunday repeat process.

I should be able to do more on my squat but I don't have a stand to put the bar on. I already maxed out my military press and the lateral pullldown but I'm just going to continue to do more reps before I increase the sets on my isolation moves such as the tricep and bicep. I can't really add anymore exercise because I just become exhausted after all that.
 
Hey bro your kind of all over the board here. I think you would do better if you do an established routine such as 5x5 or 5x8 and maybe going to 10x3 on the big lifts. See below.

monday - upper body workout

Lateral Pulldown

210 lbs 5 sets of 10 reps, add weight and go to 5x8.
222 lbs 3 sets of 3 reps if you added enough weight above you wont be able to do this.

Biceps curl
36 lbs 4 sets of 8 reps. push to add another set of 8 reps.

Military Press

165 6 sets of 7 reps. if you can do 5 sets of eight reps then add weight here.

Bench Press or Press Arm, which is called on my machine.

212 lbs 4 sets of 5 reps. push to 5x5 or 5x8. 5x5 will be more toward strength and 5x8 will be more toward hypertrophy.

tricep pull down

103 lbs 3 sets of 8 reps keep working this till you get 5c8 then add weight.

Dips

186 pounds of my body weight about 15 reps of 3 sets. hold a dbl between your ankles, that way you can add weight. Or get a dip belt they are pretty cheap.

Tuesday- lower body workout

crunches, 3 sets of 12 reps most peeps legs respond very well to higher reps. So here I would suggest 3x12=15

leg lever, 3 sets of 9 dont know this.

squats 100 lbs 5 sets of 12 reps. go to google and type in zercher squats. This is a way that you can squat more weight and get the benefit of doing heavy squats. You can get some sawhorses at Lowes or Menards to hold the weights on so that you pick them up, instead of off the floor. Works gr8 bro!

sprint for 10 mintues but after that I usually just end my workout because of the shin splits. Bro there is an old adage in bbng. If it hurts then dont do it. I would say stop the sprints completely and go to low or no impact something to replace them with. Bike, Stairclimber, Ski, whatever. But I would stop the sprints.

Do you not have a pad over your quads/knees? Lat pulldowns shouldn't make your body lift up...

Why not switch to doing military presses with a barbell, if you've already maxed out on the machine?
 
thats the problem i don't have a pad or anything to hold me down when doing lats. Well i could continue on the military press but wasn't planning to do it until my next cycle. My upper body looks too big when comparing it to my arms alone, it looks out of porportion.

Hey what do you think of a mini stepper? since i can't run, jog or even speed walk. I plan on borrowing that device from my buddy and just carrying the 100 pound bar on my back while using it. The lat pull down is no longer a concern, I'm able to push it down without being force up anymore. i weigh about 190 pounds right now.
 
Well if you wanna gain size keep the cardo to the minimum. It burns up cals that your bod needs to build muscle with. But if you wanna do it as a brief warm up say for 10 pre workout then thats fine. I do the same on a recumbent bike.

Bro why dont you just do a 5x5 3 times per week? That workout is specifically for what you wanna do man.
 
i thought 5x5 was only meant for my compound exercise. I've already reached the max on my machine for those. All i have left is deadlift and squats for compound. I was thinking, maybe I should start cutting right now. Train about 6 days and eat nothing but a high protein meal and reducing the carbs and calorie intake. I'll take a picture tomorrow for you to see.

It depends on your goals... if you want a nice lean/ripped physique.. I would begin cutting back... if you wanna stay strong, and move heavy weight... don't worry about it..
 
I would say pretty much the same as Strong.
But if it were me I would find all the weights I could and add all the mass that I could. But I like the "not fat" mass look as opposed to the ripped bber look.
See Mr. Ps log. Thats the look that I aspire for, for mself. Thats what I talking about.

well i decided i'll continue bulking. I'm almost done anyways, i can cut right after pct. Plus I'll be able to run since the pumps will no longer be there. I hate the fat look but Its only for another month and a half. I'm going to try EOD training to see if i get better results.
 
Cool beans... just make sure too keep cals high though after PCT... You don't wanna drop them too low... I would add in cardio before I cut back on food...
 
I would give it some time even after PCT. If you cut dramatically right after PCT you will still loose almost all if not all of what you gained. You need to give your bod time to re-reach stasis bro.
 
But can i Change my training afterward though? Like work on conditioning, doing only like two sets for each exercise and just work on mostly cardio endurance but only going for a half an hour? I'll still keep the calorie high.

How many cycle will it take to look like a bodybuilder anyways? I'm not trying to become one but I was just curious to find out. My goal is to weigh 200 lbs and just to be able to compete in my favorite sport with that amount of muscle mass. All muscle and only about maybe 5% of bodyfat.

plus, I'll post my last picture at the end of my cycle.
 
I wanna rephrase my question. How many cycle will it take to become a bodybuilder at a fast pace, lets say 3 years? I figure you build 5 to 10 lbs pound in every cycle, so lets say I'm 200 right now and I wanted to reach 300 lbs like ronnie coleman. So how many cycle's would that be and is it more than 3 years? I know its freakin impossible to keep all that gain when your off, you have to be on gear constantly.

Now for us mere mortals...... I would guess that if you are truly dedicated, and have s few sponsers so that you dont have to have a real job...maybe you could do it somewhere between 2 and 4 years. But that is just a guess at best bro.
Ronnie was a power lifter for I dont know how many years before he became a BBR.
But thats my best guess anyway for what its worth.

Now like I said above, those guys are not huge but they look dam good and that would be a fine aspiration for anybody to wanna look like Pete did in his photos. And that took him roughly 3 months AFTER he built the solid foundation that he had from strength training for how many years....
 
Man, I'm starting to eat ice cream in the morning with my oatmeal and protein shake, is that normal? The extra fat and calories really wakes me up.

I think I am pregnant, if arnold was able to, then it only makes sense I would be too.

Well I'm pretty much done with the injection and I will have to wait three weeks before I start doing pct. After the water and fat retention goes away, I'll be able to change my rotuine into a conditioning one. I'll keep the calories high until i recover fully and I'll show you a picture in two weeks.

sorry i haven't reply for a while. Its just after the second week my body felt drain. Its been hard to train and eat as well. I'm surprised that it hit me in the second week, I'm doing pct right, takign clomid first. Should I even be lifting during pct? I figure each workout session ends up tearing the muscle and since my test is low right now, it would be hard to recover and each session I would just get weaker and weaker. Thats my theory. So should I just lift maybe once a week and the rest of the week just low cardio exercise?

Zed called me over here.........The 1st thing i want you to do is clean up your room.
Next your PCT could be alot better ,I would add Unleashed,And Hcgenerate, you can get these at NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.com PCT (RADAR15 gets you 15% off)and is more important than the cycle it self, Next time you do a cycle PM me, Your workouts are lacking ,if you follow a routine you can look like a BBdr at around 4 months! this requires pure dedication tho.
 
you need to keep working out during PCT of course. do not stop working out ever unless you are injured or are giving your body time to heal up, the time you take off it will take twice as long to get back your conditioning you had before. in other words you will be sore as heck

you need to run hcg during cycle, and then kickstart the PCT while your esters are clearing with hcg and HMG. then you run your SERM with your natty supps like post cycle and unleashed. keep clomid at 25mg or less per day and dont run cycles longer than 10 weeks.

its much easier to recover faster when your nuts are plump going into PCT and your cycle is kept short and conservative. i've said this a million times and i have posted bloods to prove my theory

UPDATE!!! I lost some strength gain but not all of it, its hard to do so many sets and reps but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to, when my body fully recovers. I'm doing the push and pull routine because its feels alot easier but I'm still not able to dish out more than 4 sets. My workout last only for maybe a half an hour or even less. I just don't understand why my body is taking this long to recover with this cycle. A test and winny cycle was easier for me to come back within 3 weeks. why is it harder with this cycle?

k, I feel better now, My appettie came back up and the energy is coming back. about 183 or 184 pounds. My strength has not completely dropped. For my next cycle I'm just doing test and I was thinking of doing Growth hormone. It feels and looks like I need more of a bone mass to increase more muscle tissue to my body. Plus I read that it will help me recover quicker from training and possibly reduce common full contact sports injury. I'll show a picture tomorrow.

my diet plan is off right now because I was fixing my kitchen so I can't use a stove only microvave, so basically I've been eating more outside. I need a drastic diet plan.

I'm just basically going to eat home cook meals only and avoid all outside food except for the ones that have alot more meat than carbs like steak dinners. Right now I just ate an omlet with broccili and potaote red skins, with a side of strawberries. I just basically got to walk everyday for atleast an hour and continue with strength training 3 days a week. I need to be more active, thats what killing me because I'm basically done moving after strength training even in my resting days. I was thinking of doing a test only cycle to trim down so I can really lower my calories and sustain the muscle but not sure. what do you think?
 
The test only sounds fine bro and you might wanna include some running in your walks.
 
lol , i should really post somewhere else since my cycle is already over but just to update my new routine for trimming down, this is just an experiment. 3 to 4 days a week of H.I.T., no rest in between and would only do it for 15 min. before I start moving it up to 20min. I used to do this but my body felt completely drain but then again I didn't really have enough calorie to push through the sessions and I didn't take those days off when I needed too. I can tell you that my cardiovascular system is just garbage right now.
 
Yeah I feel you on that bro. When Im doing cardio it just plain sucks. No other words for it man.
