my cutting diet

Hey I've planned a diet , a bit about me age 20, 6"4 , 215 lbs , 15% BF

Going to cut for 8 weeks and bulk after

My BMR is 3500 so I have planned a diet which is 3000 cals

My macros are protein/carbs/fat/ calories ..... 48/33/19 / 3013 cals

protein 285g / carbs 197g / fat 111g

My protein sources are - Tuna
Whey/Casein Protein (post workout/ before bed)
Eggs

Carb Sources - Oatmeal
- Dextrose (workout days only)

Fat Sources - Tuna
-Eggs
-Almonds
-Omega 3

Also have 1 cup brocolli throughout the day

Weight train 3x a week , Cardio 3x a week

What do you think of my macros etc?
And my diet consists of same foods but I find it hard to track eating so much different stuff so rather stick to basics
