I went to the U.K for spring break and came back and got the worst cold of my life, it's been about 2 weeks and i think its breaking up, all I have is a little bit of shit in my nose, and I have this feeling like I have to pop my ears all the time, its been like this all this week. I want to know if I can get back to heavy training or if I should take it easy for a bit. Thanks.
