Mods, if this is the wrong thread, my apologies....I'm just really excited about my progress since coming back! It's amazing what good diet, training, and a few OTC supplements can do for you after an 8 year layoff....These pictures were taken 90 days apart.

Now that I'm on HRT, Phyto-Test, Dermacrine, and Unleashed....I'm excited about what the next 90 days will bring! I feel great...Bring it on......

Wow quite the BF loss?

What diet did u follow? cardio?

I am on the John Defendis Ultra-Fit program. Basically, 5-6 meals a day, avoid salt, sugar, alcohol....sensible stuff really and very comparable to what other people do. I was eating pure crap and drinking like an Irishman prior to getting my act together. Now, here's a typical day:

7:30am - 6 egg whites w/ salt free ketchup, 1/2 cup oatmeal, tsp bee pollen, tsp ground flaxseed, tsp wheatgerm, 1/2 scoop protein powder
10:30am - 7oz chicken w/ 1/2 cup rice
1:30pm - 7oz chicken w 5oz baked potato
4pm - 7oz chicken w/ 1/4 cup rice
7pm - Protein shake (Isopure) if working out; if not, then 5oz steak or 7oz turkey w/ fresh greens, sometimes a carb
10pm - 8 egg whites w/ salt free ketchup
1 gallon of water throughout the day

More info at www.defendis.com.

I lift 4 times a week (one hour of lifting) and do 30 minutes of 4mph walking after lifting (except on leg day). That's all I've been doing....

I'm 30, 5'8". My weight dropped from 191lbs to 168lbs. Waist dropped from 38" to 32", that's six full inches! BF was about 26.5%, now around 16.5%. I lost arm size, chest, and shoulder size, but obviously because I was so heavily coated in BF over whatever muscle I had.

My goal is to ultimately get the BF below 13% and gain some weight/size back. We'll see how my 10 week HRT of Test-Enthanate at 200mg/week does for me....

I like it. Another option is to have fat-free cottage cheese or a casein protein shake at 10pm if u get bored with egg whites.

any front shots? can notice a big difference from the back angle .. sure the improved diet/excercise had tons to do with your results

what supplements were you using?

Good question....here's a rundown of pretty much everything I use/have used:

GNC Mega Man vitamin
Life Extension Fish Oil capsules (no longer taking)
Twinlab Liquid Fish Oils
Probiotics (no longer taking)
CLA (no longer taking)
Isopure Zero Carb Protein powder
Garden of Life - Perfect Food powder (usually mix into my Isopure)
Sambazon Acai Packs (ORAC value of 10,000 per pack!!)
BSN Mass Stack - NO-Xplode, Nitrix, Cell-Mass
Optimum BCAA's and Glutamine (usually mix into my BSN pre/post drinks)
Lipoflame (started 2 weeks ago)
Unleashed (started 1 week ago)
Phyto-Test (started last week)
Dermacrine (started last week)

Yeah, spending a few bucks but since I cut so much crap out of my diet, it actually works out the same. I might try an E.C.A. stack when my Lipoflame runs out just to experiment a little...probably will try Amp02 once NO-Xplode runs out. I guess you can tell, I support the sponsors! :artist:

Actually, I don't know what my stats were 8 years ago....I know I weighed about 170lbs, but that's all I could tell you.

How did you get on HRT?

I asked some friends around the gym if anyone knew a "good doctor". They referred me to someone (that I guess everybody uses) who analyzed my blood work and determined I have a low testosterone level (340). From there, she prescribed 200mg/week of Test Enthanate, H.C.G., and Arimidex. Since my blood work is good for a year, I think she'll be refilling the prescription for a while...

Great work bro! You can see a nice change in BF and muscle hardness.

What have been the major changes you have noticed since losing weight? (mental and physical)

How do people respond to you now that you are making serious progress?

PS: Thank you for supporting the sponsors. We sure try to get some good companies in here to sell you guys great products. I'm happy they are working for you, please keep us up to date.

Thanks. There have been a few things I've noticed since losing the weight and hardening up the muscles a bit. I get ALOT of comments about the BF loss, even from people who see me everyday. Can't wait for beach season...

Alot of people are calling me wanting to know how I did it. I'm by no means the authority on weight loss or health foods, but I'm being treated as such by all kinds of people. Naturally, this gives me some added confidence and mental well-being. Funny part is, they ask, I tell them, then they say "man, no way...I can't do that. Isn't there another way?". Umm...no... LOL!!

I notice my energy levels are higher and now I can fuck like a caveman (that was my wife's choice of words)! Speaking of my wife, her and I have actually grown closer through all this since she was always a health nut and gym rat, even when I wasn't. Now, it's one more thing we have in common...but a HUGE thing.

I sleep alot more (still figuring that one out). I am also much sharper mentally on the job, solving problems a little quicker than before (seriously, no shit). I also notice that I have NO craving for junk food whatsoever, a weakness I had for years. The only other thing I notice is that my clothes don't fit right....the waist line is all scrunched up!

Good disclipline, bro. Pays off, huh? Boring diet is easier than it seems though once you get into the routine I think, agree?

What's sad is that I see guys on here all the time who eat less than that while trying to gain weight during a cycle, terrible.

You could probably just multiply the amounts of that same diet for lean muscle gains , too, which is beauty!

Yep...I agree, you get used to the boring diet to the point that you actually don't even realize it's boring anymore. I started HRT about a week ago, and now I have an appetite like a gorilla!!! I'm bumping up the chicken/turkey servings to 10oz from 7oz...and bumping up the steak to 6oz from 5oz.

Question guys....I have some D.E.C.A. that I never ended up using, but now that I'm on HRT with Test-E, do you think it MIGHT (keyword, "might") be time to throw a little of that in there rather than waste it? Is this something I can consider?

With 200mg/week of Test-E, 1000IU's/week H.C.G. and Arimidex 0.75mg/week, 30 years old, 16% BF, 168lbs, and the pictures you see above...what dose would you recommend for me (if any) and for how long?? I have 9 weeks left of my Test-E....thanks bros!

Why would you incorporate h.c.g. and adex on only 200/E a week? Shutdown is obviously different for everyone, but that seems like a lot for such a low dose. Even moreso with Adex.

I don't know. That's what the doctor prescribed....

I have some D.bol and D.E.C.A I never used....anyone think I can throw some small dosages of that in there based on what you've read about me in this thread? I'm only 1 week into my Test-E cycle of 200mg/week. As the post above says, I also have H.C.G. and Adex. Anyway, what do you guys think about that? If you think that's ok, how much would you go with?

Can anyone help with my question above? I was thinking since I'm doing 200mg of Test Enthanate for 9 more weeks, perhaps I could throw D.E.C.A in at 150mg per week for 8 weeks and 25mg of D.bol ED for 4 weeks.

I have the P.C.T worked out if so. What do you guys think? Thanks gentlemen!

Co-pay, I wish! Insurance doesn't pay for HRT and I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Had to pay full sticker price out of pocket....the main benefit is the pharm quality and the fact I have a script for it.

Anyone reading this, I had a question a few posts above....any thoughts?
