The second one looks bad, but I'm guessing thats just because its blurry, are they the same pic?

It might just be my computer, the second one(smaller picture frame, on bottom) seems really blurry. That is what influnced me to say the first one(bigger picture frame, on top) looks better, I really tried to look to see if i can see past the blurryness but i cant, maybe the blurry ness is what is making it look like rolls

actually there really is no trick to it....

a couple of eating habits... some easy suppliments
that many people are taking... its just combining them
correctly and training properly...

they can be achieved in as little as 2 months...

send me a PM and we can chat about it... although
I don't think they look all that great!

Have many times a week do you go for a tan???
Try at least 4 times a week until you reach you desired tan, then 2 a week to mantain your color.
Btw you abs look pretty good ...........nice tan and some sheen like almond oil would help........

Abs look great, that's what mine looked like when i was just under 8% bf, which im guessing is what you are at. Listen to the others about the tanning, it truly does make a huge difference as far as appearing to look more cut. Start with a baseline tanning schedule, and do yourself a favor and buy an accelarator/bronzer. I recently bought some Cocoa bronzage step two by California Tan. What use to take me 5 tanning sessions to achieve, I now did in 3, and the color seems deeper. Kinda steep at 30 bux for an 8.5 ounce bottle, but worth the dough IMO.
