My 6 week single digit BF Cutting log

Hey guys, today is week 9 of my 15 week cycle. So far its been test 600mg, anadrol (kickstart) 50mg, masteron 500mg.

Today I am starting a bunch of products and keeping a log. Products are:
Dermatherm Target
ECA
CLA
Green tea
Also throwing in 1 cap each of Beastdrol/Dieselbolan in week 10


Goals are to keep size but get single digit bf%. I stay lean whatever diet Im on, although i eat good 75% of the time.

Main goals are to get stronger but ripped. I do not care about size at this point, Im already 205 and anymore will just slow me down (preparing for football). Im gonna be doing a pull/push/leg routine with a complex every friday for fat loss. Also might do 45min fasted AM cardio 3-4x a week.

1) Should my AM fasted cardio be low, med or high intesity for best fat loss without losing strength?

2) Should I not go over 8 reps on anything if my only goal is strength?

3) Any suggestions please feel free to post, I want to do this right. Im hoping since I always stay lean, that I do not have to go on a dramatic diet to see fat loss. Last cycle I didnt do anything but use ECA and I started getting more ripped, so hopefully i can do that still except this time Im throwing in cardio.

Protein shake and quick carbs before your cardio... fasted cardio yeilds way better results but at a cost!
 
Eat great 100% of the time for 6weeks... Anything else is a bounus...

Off topic here. You going to be going threw pct when football starts? Jus curious how u timmed that.
 
I'd disagree with CK :(

low intensity (you are the same age as me so keep heart rate between 125 and 135 and your good) AM cardio, then RIGHT after down a big protein/carb shake, be consistant and you will LOVE the results bro :D

I grew up running track playing soccer and rugby before i ever touched a weight... i dont half ass my cardio were talking 500 cals in 25 mins on the stairsteppers highest setting here :p

i know I didnt realize I was gonna be playing football until halfway through my cycle. Im gonna be taking sarms and a bunch of other shit (creatine/pct stuff) to help keep my gains. My last cycle I actually got stronger after PCT because I ran a 5x5. So ill be doing that again after PCT

for your strength question i personally would say 8 reps as the upper limit, 1 as the minimum lol!

Hmm so im stuck between fasted and non fasted cardio? I dont care about suze, just strength..

i was thinking 8n reps too. I wont go more than that. Masteron honestly isnt that great, for me anyway. The only reason I bought it was because I thought the strength was amazing on it, then found out that its really mild LOL. I dont feel like my muscles have looked more shredded, I havent gained fat, but I do have a little more veins. For the price i wont do it again. I might as well do bulking things like deca/anadrol since I never bloat...
 
subbed. Your looking to get rid of fat and keep strength and your not sweating size just strength. In that case I would fast and do cardio. I see CK's point though but for what your looking for I agree with ozzie87.

If you go with ozzie87 suggesting low intensity I would do that for no less then 30min at 4 to 5 times a week. I would try to up the intensity though. They say you don't start burning fat until 20 to 25 minutes but that depends on the intensity and you should be burning fat right away since you will be fasting.

And this will still allow me to keep strength?
 
Well with all the cycle stuff you are taking I'm sure you'll keep your strength as long as your diet is in check. CK probable didn't want you to do a fasting cardio because if may start eating into your muscle gains but you are not worried about that. As long as your diet is in order with the stuff your taking I think you'll be fine in keeping and making gains strength wise.
 
Day 2 - Only took 1 EC stack because I thought I was gonna do a lot of football shit in the heat, turned out to be cold and all I did was a couple sets of power cleans. Diet was OK until i finished off my lucky charms lol. Still woke up with a 6 pack tho.

TOTAL
1x25mg ephedrine
1x200mg caffeine
8xcaps CLA
4xcaps Green tea
2xpumps Dermatherm Target
 
as stated above fasted cardio will start to use up fat more quickly, non fasted you are looking at burning sugar for the first 20 mins.

i can tell you from my recent personal experience fasted is the way to go, i have lost way more fat while gaining strength more quickly also. i do the cardio in the morning, have a shake and a meal then do an afternoon weight session. as i've done the cardio first the rest of the day can be devoted to resting and anabolism :). i will be doing all my cardio in the morning, on an empty stomach from now on! bulking or cutting!! it just works!

Cool I think this will help me eat in the morning since im not ever hungry when i first wake up. Now would it be cool to do a walk around my block for 40 minutes? Or do I need to go to my gym so i can see my heart rate?
 
Day 3 - Ok so I took my BP and in 3 readings they were all 140/100. So Im thinking its the ephedrine/caffeine. Im taking it twice a day so Im gonna stop that and check my BP and see if it goes down. If it does the most ill go back up to is 1 ephedrine/1 caffeine a day. Im still gonna take my CLA/green tea/dermatherm. My diet is getting better as well. Im not losing weight since Im on cycle, cant notice anything yet. Then again its only been 3 days lol

The test and anadrol will increase you blood pressure to. IMO never take ephedra on cycle as the juice alone is known to increase your blood pressure and ephedra to. I would take the caffiene and ephedra after cycle. Just keep an eye on the pressure. Also walking will increase your heart rate enough if you really fast walk. I rather jog around the block. You can measure your heart rate by taking your pulse in your wrist. Count the beats for 15 seconds and times by 4. Your blood pressure kit should also have a pulse check on it. That is your heart beat per minute.
 
yes i have the same problem bro, appetite isn't great first thing in the morning, after the cardio i'm ravenous! Its a big plus for sure. personally i would go to the gym and keep a eye on the HR, but you live in Cali, i'm sure its much nicer outside than where i am! why don't you invest in a heart rate watch, there pretty cheap and would allow you to do controlled HR cardio anywhere!


I could do that, pretty low on money haha but fuck it. i can go to the gym. You think bike would be best? Or is that too intense maybe i should just walk on the treadmill

Yea i am not ever taking ephedra again until after cycle if that. Thx for the pulse tip, never knew that. Accidentaly did 30 seconds last night and was like wtf? 280? lol
 
Day 4 - Stopped the ephedrine and caffeine because of the high BP. It was low in 4 readings this morning (average of 123/70). Might go check them again before bed but they are supposed to be higher in the morning. Also I never work my abs, i do a lot of heavy compound shit but I feel like i need to work my abs again. I know you can spot reduce but when i work abs they stick out more shich is what im looking for too.

I think you meant to say "I know you can't spot reduce". You can't work abs and expect to spot reduce in that area. Keep working your abs though. There a muscle and will grow. As you do your cardio and shed fat they'll stand out. Especially on cycle work the hell out of them.

Mmmmm...... BOTH!! mix it up a little man! I'm doing 30mins on the treadmill at 15degree incline then 30 mins on the stepper machine. keeps it interesting!

as stated above man looking good in the new avi! all the mirrors confused me as i tried to work out how you took that haha!

good to see that bp coming down also, i have to get mine checked soon too as when i blow my nose theres a bitta blood on the tissue.......
