My 3yo does the same thing. It is annoying. Not the crying but the tantrums.

I have raised 4 girls. The only way to get them to stop the crying is to give them a reason to cry. Then when the pain goes away the brat will stop crying.

When my 6 month old cries I start punching her in the face. My theory is if I do it long enough, it feels so much better when I stop that she can't help but be happy.
