Approved Log My 2024 Testosterone Equipoise cycle Log

Woke up with major sinus congestion and plugged ears, mother in law says it sounds like sinus infection. I’m wondering if I lie low and try to recover and hope this passes.
Good thing I am still hungry, minor straining produces pain outside my ears, any suggestions?
Anti-histamine or anti-biotics.

is your throat sore?
throat was really sore Monday now my joints hurts and I’m super congested. Mother in law thinks I have Covid. I’ll head to a clinic later, I slept over 12 hours, I never do that. On the positive side I got a solid chest workout Monday and strong legs Tuesday. If congestion is gone tomorrow I’ll hit legs and chest hypertrophic. Worst case I either repeat this weeks sets or go with the reload that’s planned then hit it hard. Lot’s of coughing and sneezing when we flew out here , record air travel.
This kind of stuff happens and I stressed my immune waking up 3am and flying.

I figured I was being too ambitious to train tomorrow, should I repeat this week sets? or head to a deload then hit it hard the following week?
 
Here are the past two days of meals, not terrible just not where I need the macros to be.
Playing it by ear in the morning, if I have not sinus pressure I will eat and go hit the gym for some higher rep work if Im even congested at all I will just wait until I get home to start training again.

It’s just a cold, the clinic said to let it run its course and rest. I feel better now than I did when I arrived, just takes time to fully heal.
 
I am, we fly home tomorrow and I’ll lift this week at a reduced level then hit it hard again next week. I will have updates starting Tuesday again.

Getting back on track today, glad its deload week after missing last two days last week, no coughing, only draining an my teeth hurt from the sinus pressure. My doctors nurse said its left over sinus pressure. My build looked different from not lifting, I felt I looked flat or just lacking blood in my muscles. Just the small sets today made all my muscles full , hard and look more cut, the body is really fascinating.
I am following the same deload formula I did when I was cruising and it seemed to work well.

Meals were pretty much back on track, eating at home is much easier for me than at my mother in laws, also helps having my appetite back fully.

Weights felt pretty good today, bench felt a little off due to my cold time off.
Will keep taking it a day at a time, looking forward to next Monday though, planned 265 x5 then 2 sets of 255, I am getting close to a. PR of 275, Ive been able to rack higher but never the control or strength to lower safely, I definitely have the power to push it. I am around 4-1-0 for my rep count on bench, I lose energy lower slower that's for sure, maybe I need to focus on 5-2-0 or something like that when I cruise down the road.

Easy workout today deloading, the heat was brutal though, window AC unit in soon, I can't wait.
My body is still healing, no coughing just sensitive teeth and drainage but its going away thank goodness for that, I should be ready for the next meso Monday for sure.

even what you doing is too much cut by 2-3 sets for another week
 
important thing is the family had a good time on the trip even though you got sick
 
this seems crazy but to try infrared sauna it will sweat out whatever is left in your body

Today the sinus pressure is totally gone and drainage is gone.

On a side note, I picked up a blemished Texas Power bar 27mm body building bar, what an amazing feel, killer knurling, check em out!

I’ve been sick since last week on antibiotics, brown phlegm. I’m hoping I’m almost done with this crap as it’s been over 2 weeks.
 
@man05 you need to take probiotics and fermented foods if you on antiboitics
double probiotic dose and add more kefir and kimchi raw
Yes u need good cultures. I eat yogurt and take live culture pro biotics daily even when I am not sick. When u take anti biotics u need even more.

Doctor said weights by Thursday if sinus pressure is gone. This is been over two weeks for me
 
I am wondering at this point if it even makes any sense to continue this cycle as I am close to the end and now close to 3 weeks no weights. Maybe it’s just best I move to the trt dose and cruise a few months. It’s a real shame, a few weeks back I was at 265bench, everything was strong for me and recovery was dialed in, sickness happens but this truly sucks.

If I do cruise any downsides of me co t in uijj in g progressive strength workouts 4x per week? 2 days heavier and 2 days higher reps?


I’m slowly trying to get diet back but as you all probably know it’s tough to eat so much when not 100%

I’d like to drop protein to 180-200, carbs 225-300, fats 75-80 during my cruise.

Thoughts?

Sounds good to me. Drop down to 150-200 test per week and get healthy. Drop your volume of sets down a little and eat as clean as you can u don’t put on any fat. A lot of what happens in the gym is mental so u should be fine. It sounds like you’re physically exhausted anyway so just do what u think is best.

@man05 I would move to TRT dose right now for 4 weeks to get your body back into shape after being sick

on the diet I would keep protein around 200 grams carbs 200 grams fat up to 100 to help recovery mostly omega 3
 
we do not improve in a linear fashion if we did all of us would be dead by now

the guys like Rich Piana and others who have died young refuse to take steps backwards which is going to be necessary and you have a choice either you can do it voluntarily or your body can punish you and force you to do it

so don't worry about it just take a couple steps back get healthy and then push down the line
 
Sounds like you caught a really nasty sinus infection
don't get down on yourself it happens
 
the combination of stress from your cycle
and also traveling really hurt your immune system that's all
 
make sure you're on the right antibiotics
sometimes we become immune to them
 
you'll come back stronger it's not a big deal
we had a dude that got a blood clot and another dude who was in the hospital weak
 
you'll be back to yourself next week
just a little setback
 
take the holiday and take a long weekend
then hit it hard on Monday
 
giving your body a break is important
sometimes your body will force it to get a break

Brother don't get discouraged both of my cycles I delt with sickness that required no Injections for 2-3 weeks, I bounced right back after I felt better.

These things happen it's just part of life, I mean hell I made a stupid mistake of high concentration gear and putting over 1ml into my side delt which I gave myself an infection and had to get antibiotics I was down bad for a while.

The point I'm making is we adapt, we learn and we overcome, after all that I've had smooth sailing and a successful cycle, once you find a way to beat the mind aspect of things it gets better.

Yeah I’m okay, sort of adjusting to doing so well then starting at the bottom again. Stamina seems off so does my mind right now.
 
This week I did lots of cardio, my body finally feels healthy again to lift. Monday I’m starting a new meso cycle 4 days per week. Heavy two days then higher reps as before but just not as many reps.
Focus on conditioning and strength. I had to switch antibiotics the first caused diarrhea pretty bad the other made me constipated, I’m just glad my sinuses are clear and I’m not taking pharma meds I felt like trash and my j be odd had no energy. I plan to keep this cruise/ workout thing going with weekly updates of my program and my diet. Will post updates Monday and get some pictures of where I’m at in a week or so, still have some definition but the time off and lower calorie meals I definitely lost some weight, oh well now I can gain it all back. I need to close this log and make a cruise log to maintain for awhile.

Late July a child hood friend committed suicide right in front of me, I was placed in inpatient hospital for 8 days until I was no longer catatonic and shaking, I still have residual effects of this. To date I have 3 weeks in lifting and I'm ready to pick back up where I left off. I had bloods taken and the doctor said everything looked good, kidney a tad high due to dehydration and my thyroid slightly elevated due to the lithium but will subside I was told. Part of me is wanting to just keep eating clean as best I can with more starches and protein around 200-225grams per day and run Tren E 300mg with 400-500Mg/wk Test e and 50mg proviron. I noticed when I was eating lots of protein like 300mg, as soon as I stopped lifting nd eating that much I lost 8-9lbs the first week alone.

Again I am sorry, I had some physical and mental as well as emotional setbacks, I am back and wills tart my weekly updates with my log, meals and weights. I am on week 2 of a new macrocycle, same as the others tweaked a few exercises, using cables and dumbbells for the high rep train since I drop weight on those days.

I am on week 2 of a new macrocycle, same as the others tweaked a few exercises, using cables and dumbbells for the high rep train since I drop weight on those days.
