What kind of music do you listen to while lifting/running/training? Or if you listen at all?

yeah i like to listen while doing both.

even bicycling i will do it although i don't recommend it, too dangerous

Oh yea- classic rock. Once I put those ear buds in, I’m in my world. Just me, the music and steel plates.
