Man im not saying this in a gay way but muscles are very attractive on a human body. When you develope them with less body fat you just look awesome. You cant help but admire a man or woman body when they are in good shape. When i was on my primo (the best steroid in the world) and winny (my next best steroid) i looked simply amazing. I only finished 5 weeks of this shit at 400mg every week and all i could say is wow. I could only imiagine if i would have went for 12 weeks. I love the way muscles make me look and feel. I feel attractive and motivated to take on the world.
 
lmfao radar.... haha. altho i can agree louisiana, it is nice to see fit bodies.... preferably the female version but the male version is good motivation to keep killin it in the gym

I know what you're saying Louisiana. Guys that are ripped and muscular are cool the same way that guns (firearms) and nuclear bombs and millions of dollars are cool.. It's a power/achievement thing.

Chicks that are muscular/lean are just plain hot, for one.. and also cool in the same power category.. I think powerful/capable women are much hotter.. so that's part of it I guess.

Its all about confidence and when you look good you develope more self esteme. I wish i could run primo alone with a good diet forever and get to a single digit bodyfat percentage. I would miss work because i wouldn't leave the mirror!!!! I wish winny was not liver toxic so i could run it with primo forever. This is only a dream!!! I wish i could be a lean 200lbs with 7 percent bodyfat. I love primo just as much as nelson so leave me alone about the mild shit LOL.

I looked at the guys that i work with, 95% of them are fat and out of shape. This is disgusting to me for some reason. Why would a man or woman allow themself to get so fat until their bellies hang over the belt. I refuse to let this happen to me, Im healty and i have no excuse to be fat. I rather die than to be fat (seriously). Im obsessed about the way i look and i dont care if people say im vain. I know most of the men at my job wives love them but they cannt be phycally attracted to them. love is blind my ass!!!! Dont believe that shit, your wife or husband can clearly see your ugly fat ass (LOL). If someone enter the room that's more muscular and attractive i promise they will look in admiration.
 
i am with you louisiana and i dont blame you for thinking the way you do, it takes determination and descipline to look good even if you DO steroids, cause taking them wont make you jacked you actually HAVE TO work, anyway when i started to work out and when the first bulges of muscles started to show i was hooked and everytime i took my shirt off i would flex infront of the mirror and even on days where i would work or what not i would go home and flex because thats what kept me going, everytime i looked at myself in the mirror it gave me a rush and i wanted to keep going, hell yeah i am going to juice and hell yeah i am going to fucking look good, before i would hate people that talked like you but honestly when you realize how much you have to put into this and how much you have to sacrifice it changes your mind about things, keep fucking juicing and keep fucking looking good (no homo)
 
Taking primo for life and eating healthy/bodybuilding is more healthy than your fat coworkers eating and being sedentary... hands down..

when i was a probably 15 my dad had some dusty old weights laying around in the garage. i decided to start lifting knowing next to nothing except the things i would see on tv but i quickly learned a lot through reading books from the local library on lifting weights and the different lifts and muscles.

i remember i would take the weights in front of the small tv in our spare room in the house and lift watching a motivational movie/music (like Braveheart for example, or listening to music) i would do bicep curls until failure and try to lift through that pain.

then a few weeks later i started noticing a bicep muscle and since then i was hooked. 2 years later I was showing an 8 pack and would flex into the mirror. was running like 5X per week and lifting 5X per week and was all lean muscle. probably 6-7% bf.
never really realized until i joined this board and watched Arnolds documentary that bodybuilding is an art and muscles are beautiful things and we are an artist sculpting our own bodies, it really is amazing if you think about it.

nowadays when i am anywhere i look at a ripped guy and wonder what steroid/supps he is on, or what gym he goes to. i look at 40 year old women with amazing bodies and wonder how much anavar she is taking. i look at fat people in the grocery store and watch what they are buying, dont see many of them in the produce section..

The healty eating and working out is demanding but worth it in the end. Gear is just a small tool that help us to acheive our goals. I know that i MUST look good because i mentally programed myself to feel unconfortable with my body if its out of shape. When im not in the gym or putting on extra fat from being lazy i get mad at myself. so to avoid this feeling i have to keep working out and eating healthy it is a MUST for me.

Love this thread. Anyone else here have a girl who gets upset when you talk about how good you look because she isn't ripped to shreds like you are? My girl ain't fat but has a little gut and thicker legs that she's getting depressed over. I try helping but she's a nurse and grad student so she just doesn't have to time to commit like I do...but then again I've lifted non-stop since I was 15. Lifting is a priority.

I feel somewhat bad for the average 23 year old female who wasn't an athlete in college. They just don't have the understanding of the feeling that lifting provides and it takes a lot of dedication to attain that appreciation. She does Body Pump classes and shit but they enable her to rely on the class. I love going to those classes with her and have everyone in the room pay more attention to me than the instructor.

Anyways, any body else out there who has a girl that's jealous of your body?

your never going to carry much muscle if your eating healthy. body building diets are not healthy and they put us at a greater risk of several problems like heart disease and diabetes.

interesting.. are you referring to the high amounts of meats and cholesterol we are consuming? or the high carbs? or both?

or just that we are carrying way more weight then our bodies can handle? i am only 5 6 and weigh 190 pounds. and i've only ran 2 cycles so far. i wonder if i run a couple more if i will be over 200. that would seem like a lot of mass for a shortish guy.

high prot, high fat, high carb are all bad. we eat way more protein than a "healthy" diet should have. also the diet changes like keto this is the worst. another real bad one is insulin spikes.

those are the extremes but there are a lot of bad things like not enough fruits and veggies,

in a nut shell over eating and carrying extra weight is exactly that. weather its muscle or fat its still extra weight and if your eating 4k cals instead of 2k cals then you are eating 1-2k cals to much for your diet to be healthy.

a healthy diet for an average man would look something like this.

4 meals similar to this one
3-4oz lean prot source. 2-3 cups mixed veggies, 1/2 cup - 1 cup of complex carbs

then a variety of fruits and nuts in small servings a few times per day. of course plenty of water and a multi v would also be in there.

this is all also for a guy who gets daily exercise biking, jogging etc. this is also part of being healthy. intense weight training does not count. in fact intense weight training is also bad for your health. its terrible for your heart in particular. most men that have been lifting seriously for 10+ years weather they juiced or not have enlarged hearts. this is a sign that you are overworking your heart and it will most likely shorten your life.

people like to argue these points and i dont blame them. but dont be so quick to under mind them. be honest with yourself and research the topics. not on steroid or bb boards either. talk to medical professionals and look on medical sites.

i went back on again for a short time and now im back off but still have test in me. this one is for the gusto. last attempt was at a bad time. i was very stressed trying to feed my family and keep my house while starting a new business. now things are looking a lot better (shits getting paid again lol) so i think i'll be all set. i was responding well to the pct last time so im confident. ill re update the pct thread once i get rolling on it again.

damn man.. i saw on your profile you are an inch shorter then me yet weigh 238. that is incredible with just 10% bf. I'm not sure if i ever want to get that huge or compete as you do, i just do this to look good and look muscular. i actually want to stay under 200 and just grow my muscles and get more vascular.

i honestly dont mind living a shorter life as long as I can live it to the fullest, but then again I do not have a family to worry about. i'm sure one day if i do those realizations you state will come into consideration for me. in the meantime I just want to run smart conservative cycles and do my best

Dam man you are speaking the truth!!! My girlfriend gets annoyed when her friends talk about my muscles and rub up on me. She is also a nurse! She's hot and pretty toned but she could firm up a bit. Bottom line is the girl always wants to be the more attractive person.

If you were responding well to pct why did you attempt to get back on? Are you against hrt? I'm just asking because I think one of these days I might go with hrt. You seem like a knowledgable bro so I respect your input.

i ant to be off and producing my own test. if i absolutely cant get back to an acceptable range then i will run trt, but i dont want to settle for it if i dont have to.

my reason for stopping the pct attempt was stress. i woke up with a slight chest pain and got scared after my previous heart troubles. i called my doc and explained the situation and we both felt it was stress and it would pass but we both also felt the pct was adding to the stress so i bagged it for a little while. now shit is coming together again and the stress is gone. so im off again. im probably going to be fighting for a year before i see if im going to recover or not but its worth the effort. i will be very happy if i can rely on my own hormone productions. im not looking for the olympia anymore and i can look better and be stronger than most of the juice heads i know as a natural. thats good enough for me.
