These are two of the largest supplement companies out there , yet I read nothing but bad things about them on here. If these companies suck so bad what would be good sources for supplements such as protein, glutamine, meal replacements and maybe creatine. Thanx:confused:

Optimum Nutrition
Prolab

Ditto, on both of them.

Optimum makes the best protein powder for the cost, whether you want just whey or a blend (pro complex). No hype, just good stuff. And even with the cheap cost, they don't taste like ass.

Prolab makes the best gainer, N-Large 2. Cytosport makes a good one too, Cytogainer, which tastes great.

The top of my hated companies list goes like this:
1)Muscletech
:destroy:
2)Muscle Marketing:destroy:
3)Cytodyne:destroy:

I could go on and on, but I absolutely despise these 3

Optimum also does a liquid creatine for your knowledge.

Damn, I forgot about that. Well as far as their 2 protein powders, they make good products.

Dude, I was being sarcastic. Optimum are as crappy as their liquid creatine formula... Didn't you know that a liquid creatine is the biggest scam of the industry?
I bet you Optimum's protein powders meet label claims as much as their creatine product.

Um yeah, I know liquid creatine is worthless crap. Why don't you re-read my reply and try to comprehend it a little better.

Not trying to be a dick, I think you just misunderstood what I was saying.

As far as their label claims on their protein product, it's been out for several years and if it's even close to their label claims, it's a good product for the price.
