this programs assures to make you gain lots of muscle mass without any type of supplements or roids which is something I would love to do it and see where my natural potential can take me, this would my first time ever training and dieting for mass gains, do you this type of program can really help me reach my goals? thank you.

i didn't touch supplements for years when i first started training and got very strong fast. couldn't even do a pullup when i started

it is all about consistency and putting in the hours in the gym. i am a big believer in newbies doing the big 5-8 compound lifts. it might be boring and not fun but it will produce a lot of muscle memory

You don't need supplements or steroids to get really good results. You just need to be consistent with your training and diet.

It basically works like this -

When you go in the gym and workout, you provide the stimuli for your body to build muscle. Then by eating a good quality diet with lots of protein, your body has all the raw materials it needs to actually build the muscle.

That's really as simple as it is. That's bodybuilding in a nut shell. Train hard, eat well, rest and recover and then do it all over again.

I don't believe in all those programs for the masses. There can just be no such thing as one-size-fits-all in bodybuilding. We are all very individual, and you need to find the approach that works best for you, and only for you - not for someone else. So will you get results with the program? Of course - you will train after all. Will you get the optimal and best results? Most probably not, because this program will not take into account all of your individual traits and predispositions.

Any program will work if you stick to it. The key to progress is consistency. You have to stick to a good diet and training program every single day.
