Muscle Memory?

I started bulking up again 4 months ago after leaning down for last spring and summer. I have put on 25lbs since August 6th and my strength has gone up also. Granted a little is fat because I am eating as many calories as when I'm on a cycle. I am pushing approximately the same amount of weight around as when I did my last cycle which was a little over 1 YEAR AGO, but now I even have more endurance! I am ready to do a cycle again but I just keep growing naturally through eating and training. I only weigh 5 lbs less than when I was at my peak last year! I'm definately going to wait until I plateau in weight and strength. I can't believe I'm growing like this! Can I attribute this to muscle memory from my last cycle?
 
Once tou have stretched the muscle fashia (filled it with more muscle) it will be easier to fill it again... That is why creatine works well for people in the long run.. And of course steroids :)

This stretch of the fascia is one of the reasons why localized injections work. It also explains why synthol and other experimental oils work as well.

This is also why Kevin Levrone can train for 5 months before the Mr. O can come in top 3 after 7 months of never going to the gym.
 
i noticed the same thing bro,,the last time i cycled i weighed in at 200lbs but when i got off of it i dropped back down to 185:bawling: finally when i got my ass back in the gym i blasted back up to 195 with no probs,, now i am 210 and in the middle of a great fina/winny/prop/enanthate cycle and i hope to get at 215:D
 
Muscle Memory definitely exists. I have had many occasions where I bulked up off a cycle then got clean for a while, lost the weight, then came back clean and got to where I was when I was on the juice!
 
well in my earlier days, I sustained a horrible injury, I was almost 21 at 230lbs, ripped and big..........looked awesome, real size was just starting to come,,,,,,,I had to quit juice and workin out cold turkey, over the span of almost 5 years I gradually went from 230 to 170, so one day I woke up and said I have got to get myself back together, nothing feels worse than being semi-huge and then going to shit................well with the use of creatine and andro in 3 months naturally I went from 170ish to 225, so the muscle memory is definitely there............and does exist.......but the 225 I was at was not a shapely and hardness I wanted..............now after about 2.5 years of training I am at 240-245 with great size and muscle shape and rips.........yes guys muscle memory does exist!
 
Yes,I have experienced the same thing.After I did two cycles I decided to get very lean (naturally).After two and a half months of cutting calories and taking xenadrine and lots of cardio I burned off a shit load of muscle,and I started looking skinny.I decided I didnt want that look anymore so I started another cycle and eating alot of food again,I have never gained so much size in such little time in my life,I know it is because of muscle memory.I am starting to think you can make more progress in the long run by doing things like that.
