I started bulking up again 4 months ago after leaning down for last spring and summer. I have put on 25lbs since August 6th and my strength has gone up also. Granted a little is fat because I am eating as many calories as when I'm on a cycle. I am pushing approximately the same amount of weight around as when I did my last cycle which was a little over 1 YEAR AGO, but now I even have more endurance! I am ready to do a cycle again but I just keep growing naturally through eating and training. I only weigh 5 lbs less than when I was at my peak last year! I'm definately going to wait until I plateau in weight and strength. I can't believe I'm growing like this! Can I attribute this to muscle memory from my last cycle?
