muscle loss w/ clen

how many of u experience a loss in strength and muscle while using clen? i know it melts away fat but muscle as well, and works similarly to ephedrine in that it promotes breathing easier for people with asthma. does it give u the same high as well as ephedrine does? just a few questions i hope somebody can answer. k.

Clen does have a some anabolic effect that some users experience. By itself, it's shouldn't impact muscle loss anymore then ephedrine would.
 
all i know is that clen is cata-bolic & after a certain period of time it becomes anabolic this period changes from 1 person 2 another..i never experinced any muscle losing with celn & i know a guy who keeps using clen during PCT for maintaining his muscle mass,i have 2 admitt it the guy is HUGE...
 
as long as you dont shift your diet to an extreme low cal count, and completely shift to 100% cardio and no weight training, you should not see any significant loss of muscle or strength (besides what is typical when coming off of a cycle)
 
I thought clen was an anti-catabolic for short-term use and became a pure thermogenic/app supressant long-term.
 
I have never used clen alone ,but I have used it with low dose testosterone while cutting and I didnt lose ANY muscle. and I have some of my best workouts ever while on clen.
 
clen is only anabolic in farm animals, due to the abundance in bata-2 receptors, or so Duchaine suggested.

P.S: i think it was Duchaine.
 
I Know T-3 will burn muscle right off you, As for Clen I've heard people say shit about it, But as for me If I'm takeing Clen or T-3, I prefer them both together,I make sure to run an ASS..So I do not have to worry about those affects

does clen give u that high u get from ephedra? im just worried about something that would stimulate me that much because im takin sleep meds regularly that depress the CNS and supposedly clen stimulates the shit outta the CNS so i dont know if id want those conflicting.
 
Clen doesn't produce a "high" per-se, but you will notice it makes you feel "shaky" (kind of like too much caffeine on an empty stomach, but more so) and it will increase your heart rate, though not to the extent ephedra does. It can also interfere with sleep, and is very long acting (your early AM dose will still be going strong at bedtime).
 
clen is not anabolic in humans. T3 can be quite catabolic.

as far as strength, the CNS effects of clenbuterol are inconsistent. Many users notice diminished rather than increased strength and endurance (as is often found with ephedrine)
 
Clen has anti-catabolic proerties. Muscle loss should not be a worry, but I wouldn't say mauscle gain is to be expected for the most part. It doesn't give you the buzz that ephedrine does. It's like being shaky and havin a rapid heaert beat, but not having the energy that goes along with it, like with ephedra. At least that's my experience.

a fairly common description, actually a number of people find that it makes them almost lethargic.

Yes sir. Every time i take clen within 1-2 hour's i feel the need to sleep. I love the result's from it but it does tire me out like nothing else,i actually take it about a hour before i want to go to sleep at night.
