after training? many recommend taking a complex carb and protein supplement after traing saying that it promotes growth but when does the actual muscle building take place.

I would also say during sleep and after going to bed on a high protien shake,
that can be a very good time for rebuilding and rejuvenating the body and probably
a good growing period as well.

hammertime30 said:Fat cell shrinking occurs when you no longer supply your body with enough fuel daily and your body needs to go to it's reserves for more so basically it can happen anytime depending on your diet. The same goes for enlargement except the opposite occurs!![]()
