Muscle groups for bulking

Hey guys atm I'm doing 5 days weights

Mon- chest
Tues- bi n tri
Wed- shoulders
Thurs- legs
Fri- rest
Sat- rest
Sun- back

I'm spending about 1.5hrs each day I do weights. I'm trying to build a bit of size does this look like the most beneficial way to split up my muscle groups? Any suggestions would be great. I do 4 sets each exercise n 8-10 rep range

Nothing wrong with what I see...you may want to think about doing more compound movements to build mass...squats, dedz, clean/snatch/press, bench, stuff like that.

In my opinion, you need to take some rest days in between some of the days you workout. Then your doing bi's and tri's right in between chest and shoulders....so thats 3 days in a row your working your tris. You need to give them time to rest cause thats when they grow. Also, if I were you I would get rid of the arms day period ! If your goal is to bulk, then dont worry about them arms they WILL grow when your deadlifting, squatting, benching, ect.. Thats when I started to see my arms really grow.

So how would you suggest I split my days and muscle groups?

And I would push the reps to 10-12. I think this is considered the growth window, and I personally noticed a change when I moved up from 8-10.

I'm a big fan of ramping up to the heaviest weight for 3-5 reps then pyramid down to get 6 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps.

Something a lil different

Yeah ill just change a few things round my diets in check coz I've started to gain natural size and even other people are noticing so pretty happy bout that just wana shock the body with different routines so I keep growing

I too am a big fan of low reps but going heavy.... I usually am in 4-6 range. When I went to higher reps my body didnt respond as well as it did with lower reps. One thing you always gotta remember is that what works for me might not work for you. Everyones different....so try high reps for about 4-5 months and then try low reps for the same. Then you be the judge on what works out for you.
