Hi
I wondered if someone may be able to help me with a question i have. Its to do with muscle breakdown, the problem i find myself in is due to an ongoing medical problem i am having to give up my training for a while. Its not something i am too happy about but i feel i now have no choice, due to a previous opperation i had which has left me with a open wound. I trained after about 5-6 weeks rest following the first opperation getting most of my upper body strength back pretty quick(having to miss squats though). Any way the wound hasn't healed and i now can't train at all. I was wondering if someone knows just how quick muscle loss will be and to what extent. It was nearly all natural gain over about 3 years and at the moment i have not lost too much weight. Its been about 4 -5 weeks now since i last trained.
