Oh I am hanging...really pushed through it today, day off of work so went into gym later in morning for back/bi's/cardio, trained at the end of a 16 hour fast, took all my PWO prior to, and in between back and bi's I went into the bathroom, threw up, went back out trained some more, pushed myself to do my 45 min of cardio, and came home and had a shake & homemade protein bar, then just 30 min ago ate 12 whites, oatmeal, & PB...and now watching Game Plan with my daughter...its our movie
