Multi Vitamin

I take a liquid vitamin and a liquid mineral separate from one another. Too many minerals give me a headache, so I take some of each mid morning, and another dose of the vits in the evening.

I figure it's all just insurance for a good diet, so there's no sense in sweating over the details.
 
My point was not to say that food/vitamins/etc gets absorbed better "because" of something psychological. The point was to mention a scientific study and show relevance.

They also make me naseous - I should try taking it before bed. I normally just don't take one.
 
number one rule about multi is never take then just once a day. And stay away from enteric coating they sit and just half dissolve in stomach and other is wasted. i agree with spatts and others they ned to be taken a few times a day morinng and i like after a work out or a few hours before going to bed
