I was thinking the same thing Sassy, esp. after eating clean for soo long, even when I have hi-carb days on clean foods I feel bloated & sluggish, could just imagine what dairy,sugar & cheese would do, blahhhh.
The post party is at the Outback Steak house- I was thinking a petite filet, sm. baked pot. and 1 glass of wine for my cheat. I'm sure I feel the wine the next day. Do u think I should avoid the wine if I'm contemplating the July 16th show? A cheat is not worth the negative effects for the next week.
Even though I think of gorging on junk, I think its more of a mind issue of having what I can't have, after eating healthy for so long, and feeling great, I don't kno if I want to go back to my old habits.
