MRP, Meal Replacement ... what's REAL replacement

Guys,

What's your opinion for the best meal replacement powders out there. There is so much mess, it's hard to decide. I can get all equally cheap. What have you had good success with or think is the best for the money?

definately the protein shakes, but i warn u right now, do not buy met-rx, stuffs like mixing mud and eating it too....

met-rx tastes a million times better than mylo-plex though... it is thick, but if you have some imagination its like eating (A LOT of) pudding... mylocrap tastes like cake batter puke... maybe its just me...
