Mr X

Mr X or anyone?

You did a wonderful job helping me ion my diet the other day. My only question is: Do you think that I am eating too many calories at night??? I mean I eat my dinner around 9-9:30 of chicken and veggies and then like an hour later I am having a night time protein shake. I am not even hungry when I take in that shake and I feel i go to bed on too much food.

I feel I will never be able to cut up if this is the case even though I reduce the carbs, I am still taking in too many calorie right?

I usually go to bed around 10- 10:30

if you're not hungry when you're taking in the shake, I would suggest dropping it and just sticking with the before bed protein - with diets, as you have already found out, it's all trial and error until you find the perfect path
