Mr Supps Black Extreme Log!!

I believe I AM an extreme ectomorph. Before cycling, I was 125lbs. I now weigh around 155 at all times. So all those cycles put 30lbs of muscle (nojoke, im only 9% bodyfat) on me that I'm able to always keep :-)
In other news... Yesterday was not a gym day but I'm noticing one thing already. Don't know if it's just in my head. But MY APPETITE IS THROUGH THE ROOF! It could just be that I'm finally fully over my cold, and so appetite is just bouncing back but I'm noticing myself never really getting full.
Day two & I love the feeling ;-) got shoulders and traps this evening.
 
You just need to stop eating like a little girl and pound those calories hard.
 
Day 3: not much new to report. Yesterday's shoulder/traps workout went well. Nothing outta the ordinary.
So I take 2 caps of black extreme in the mornings on an empty stomach WITH a fish oil pill. Then take the next serving about an hour before my workout at like 4:30-5:00. Just wanna make sure. Do you guys think this is the best way to be taking it?
 
Yeah its great to take those with fish oil pills. If your appetite is going through the roof that's telling you something, eat more. Good amount of good carbs and good amount of protein. Especially when taking something like this to get all the benefits form this ph.

Ok. Day 4: rest day. Yesterday's tricep/bicep workout was usual. AMAZING pump tho! I've never had a pump like that before and all I take for pre-workout is a half-dose of cellucor's NO3 capsules and an full-spectrum amino mix with fructose intra-workout.
Appetite is still through the roof (hittin 3000 cal/day) & Forma seems to be keeping my gyno-prone nips at bay for now. Have legs tomorrow. Will weigh myself & see if I've gained anything in 5 days.
